Waters Edge is located on the beautiful Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach. This property is paralleled, which provides stunning views from its private balcony. Resort Quest presents this 4th floor gulf-front unit with a calming dĂ©cor. This 3 bedroom unit has a spacious living room and dining room delightful for entertaining after a long day on the beach. Other desired amenities to better accommodate your vacation is a fully equipped kitchen, with a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and utensils for preparing any delicious entrĂ©e. A bonus bunk room is plus just for the kids to have their own space to kick their shoes off a while. Enjoy the comforts of home away with 4 TV, 3 DVD, and CD stereo, or just take advantage of a movie rental. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property.

Wonderful place!

It was a PERFECT location. We had a great view of the pools and the ocean. It was so so easy to get to the ocean, and it was very clean and had all amenities needed. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Close proximity to the beach. The board walk to the beach has very few steps so that was great for anyone that has a hard time with steps. Plenty of room for 8 of us. We didn’t cook but kitchen was equipped with anything that you would need. W/D was a great amenity. Pool is big and my 4 yr old grandson could touch in the smaller pool. We stayed on the 4th floor and loved the parking garage where we could walk straight to our room. We will return!

Beautiful view!

Very nice place to stay. Clean, fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful view. Balcony views made for a nice way to drink coffee and watch the dolphins in the morning and cozy enough living room to watch movies in the evening. The heated pool was a bonus as we were there in January and the Gulf is still chilly! We were impressed by the cleanliness of the pool area and walkways. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience

Loved that we were parked in front of the room. 4th floor is perfect floor to look out into the ocean but not too high. The sand is a struggle on the floors. Could use a rug to help collect sand but get why there’s not one. Over all really enjoyed our stay. I would come back just cause the beach was not packed like Destin was.

The condo is nice, has a great view, and offers wonderful parking convenience right outside the condo. The condo is right on the beach and was not too crowded during our stay. We wished the king bed was more comfortable. The lack of replenishment of toilet paper is inconvenient, and the furnishings are a bit worn. However, the condo was clean on arrival, and the kitchen had most everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach service and extra beach chairs in the condo storage closet. It’s a spacious condo, and we enjoyed staying here!

GREAT LOCATION AND STAY

The condo was beautiful and amazing. It was very clean and stocked with all the necessary materials. Let’s talk about the view the view was absolutely amazingly beautiful and stunning. It was like a home away from home. The only issue that I had was the starter pack of tissue and trash bags it’s just a suggestion to have at least two rolls of tissue in each bathroom and two trash bags for the kitchen. I had a family of 6 and 1 roll of tissue paper went quickly. Other than that I would recommend anyone to stay at this location the people are so friendly and super nice and again the location is beautiful will stay here again

Pictures can be deceiving

To start the condo was incredibly dirty sand all over the floors and the beds. You would walk around and the bottom of your feet would be black. Cockroaches in the kitchen and the furniture and beds are so beat down there isn’t a comfortable place to sit or sleep so be careful of trusting pictures. Decent location and parking is basically in front of the door but I wouldn’t stay here again

Nice unit - bring fan for bunk room

Overall great unit. King bed is uncomfortable. Queen is great. Bunk room ...an oven. It bakes in sun all day. There is no ceiling fan and little air comes from the vent. We had a go buy a fan so the kids could use the room. The AC is locked at 69 so we could not give a boost of cool air ar night to help. Bring a fan with you.

Life jackets taken from us

Personally the room was great, but I did no appreciate that we left 4 life jackets outside of the room for a short period of time and one of the workers took them. One of the the maintenance person let us know a cleaning lady picked them up but they were never turned into the lost and found. Once I reached out to management I was told they'd reach out to me and they never did. I would personally not stay here again.

It was ok

The beach so close was really great! The condo over all was nice but when we got there we had to mop and change the water at least 6times because our feet were black from the floors. This was the biggest turn off! Dishwasher was leaking, toilet paper roll holder was broken, the cabinets knobs were broken in the bathroom. The bedroom could use some curtains. It was very noisy early in the am with people using carts that were stored near our room. We did contact Vacasa to get the items fixed.

Loved our stay.

The property was very nice. I did think they could have had more dishes and bowls since it is a room that sleeps 6-8 people. It was very convenient location since the room was straight in from the 4th floor parking garage.

Nice Vacation!

Water’s Edge 411 is a clean condo with a wonderful view! We parked on the top level of the parking deck and were able to walk right to the condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The balcony has a great table, the master has a perfect view, and the beach service included with the rental was really nice and easy. Our kids loved the pools, especially the heated pool. There is a friendly staff who always said hello and even warned us of an upcoming storm when we were at the pool. We loved that we were surrounded by families and retirees. The beach was quiet and everyone around us were super friendly. We especially loved the lifeguards on duty and appreciated them keeping everyone safe when there were red flags. This was our first time staying in Ft. Walton Beach and we will definitely come back!

Nice unit!

Unit was nice, conveniently located, good amount of supplies. It just needs a refresh as it's time for some new paint and some sprucing up. Tons of towels! The masterbath mat was missing and curtains in the master bedroom window would have helped with blocking out the light. Overall I was pleased, it's just time for a mini-face lift!

Perfect Spot

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It is in a great location, and perfect view! The only complaint I have is when leaving there were 3 different ways of communication on what to do at check out. I had to remember where I saw what to make sure check out was done.
