The beauty and tranquility of Okaloosa Island await you here at the newly renovated Waters Edge #302. New owners have completely updated the unit with new paint, new large 55' flat-screen TV, all new Whirlpool stainless steel kitchen appliances with new smooth glass-top self-cleaning electric range and new granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms. You will also find many extra items added in this top of the line kitchen, such as an air fryer, Keurig, large griddle and much more for your convenience. There are all new mattresses throughout the unit, new carpet, countertops, light fixtures, furniture, and décor throughout. This very popular unit sleeps 9 and has 2 full bathrooms for your convenience. The second bathroom has access from the hallway as well as the second bedroom. The bunkroom has been custom designed with a twin and a full bunk bed. This bright and cheery 3rd-floor unit features spectacular Gulf of Mexico views from the balcony. You are in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Yes, you can drive to the hustle and bustle of Destin in 7-8 minutes, but then you can always quickly return to your tranquility.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This room very comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. Our favorite part was the complimentary umbrella and 2 beach chairs. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay

Big condo, very clean and comfortable bedding. Kitchen has everything you could need too. Only problem was a small miscommunication with guest services that had nothing to do with the room itself.

Amazing Host!

The property is beautiful with partial views of the ocean from the balcony. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit and they were ON IT. Something was wrong with the AC unit that required repair, so the host graciously moved us to an upgraded room at a different property. This property is beautiful and roomy! Will be back!

Loved the 3rd floor access from park ramp to room same level. Loved the heated pool stayed in March so was a bit chilly some days. Super comfy beds in bedrooms. Huge walk in shower in master and a spa tub for kids. Washer and dryer when staying a week. Granite counter tops beautiful. Great for 8 people. 9 is pushing it. Would recommend not sleeping on the pull out couch till replaced. Loved our view of ocean from balcony. Beach access by pool convenient. Loved the beech chairs and umbrella already set up perk. Beautiful area family friendly.

Won’t stay here again

While this condo was a great option for our family as far as space, it was filthy. The cleaning company does a terrible job and the owner should be ashamed. I took multiple pictures and provided feedback. I only received one call back in regards to the broken dryer knob. The kitchen walls and cabinets were covered in dust and splattered food stains. The mattress covers and curtains in the master bedroom were covered in stains. There was also mold on the windows in the master and mold in the shower. There were dead bugs on the window sill in one room along with filthy walls. The couches and kitchen chairs were covered in gross stains. The extra blankets and pillows were also dirty and covered in stains. All of the light fixtures and fans were covered in a layer of dust. The list goes on. I’m not quite sure what they’re cleaning but for what they charge for a cleaning fee, it should be a heck of a lot cleaner than it is.

Beautiful Spacious Condo Perfect for Family Beach Getaway!

We were so lucky to be able to book this condo for our Fall Break family trip. It's a spacious 3 bedroom condo with lovely decor and great amenities! My two teen/young adult kids each had their own room with a TV so they were thrilled. The kitchen had every pot, pan, utensil, etc. that we needed. They had left a great starter amount of everything - toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, a brand new dish sponge, and each of the bathrooms had small travel size soaps, shampoos, conditioners and lotions. The patio has a small table and 4 chairs so we were able to enjoy meals outside as a family. We never used the pool, but it's huge and there was rarely anyone in it. The beach is just a short walk from the building and the two chairs and umbrella that were provided were wonderful. We had the best time relaxing by the shore and listening to the ocean. This stretch of the beach had a lot of people, but never felt crowded, which was great. The water was so clear that we could see the fish and jelly fish swimming around us. My husband saw rays in the morning close to the shore and we saw dolphins too. And on two days we saw the Blue Angels fly over during their training exercises. There are great restaurants very close by -Stewby's, Old Bay Steamer, and the Ice Cream Shop were our faves. I recommend parking on the 3rd floor of the parking garage because you can just walk straight to this unit without having to get on the elevator. The condos have carts available to help get everything to your room as well. We really can't say enough good things about this condo, this location and Okaloosa Island as a whole! Best beach vacay we've had and we can't wait to come back again many times!

We had a great time. The only thing we had a problem with, was the kids bedroom got really really hot at night. Had to go buy a fan. It needs a ceiling fan or something. And the condo should come with 4 beach chairs instead of 2. Considering it holds 9 people. Other than that it was perfect. It was clean. Great location. And had everything we needed. They even let you put canopy’s up on the beach. A lot of places don’t let you do that. So we would definitely stay again!! Thanks for a wonderful vacation đŸ„°
