This beautiful, fourth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this newly decorated, island flair vacation rental include an upgraded kitchen with new appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath and second bath both have tubs. The living room has a large TV with a Blue Ray player. The primary bedroom also has a TV with a Blue Ray player and a guest bedroom has a TV, DVD player and VCR. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort and a washer/dryer combo is located in the condo for convenience.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo
Loved the ocean front view and convenience of getting to the beach!! Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very diligent about keeping walkway areas clean and dry for safety. Inclusion of 2 chairs and umbrella daily rental was an added plus.

Fort Walton beach condo
Very clean, well stocked with everything but a waffle iron. I mean that's the only thing I could think of. Pool was clean and warm. Nice view of gulf of Mexico but cannot see a sunset from balcony. All in all I would definitely rent 4G again.

Condo was great for what we needed for the week. There was a strange odor when we first arrived, but it eventually went away. Glad we got to stay here. Would use again.

Condo rental
We enjoyed the location and the view. We had a few issues which we addressed. Most where corrected but afew where left as was. e.g. handle on microwave broken, two of the chairs on the balcony where broken and not replaced, ensuite shower head had a leak. Other than that we enjoyed our time at the place. The one other thing according to the write it says pool was heated and a couple of days after our arrival the heat was turned off.

Perfect location - beach., beach, more beach
This was a great place for our family of 4. Very clean. Right on the beach. The Theo chairs and umbrella they provided everyday were awesome! We saw dolphins almost everyday. For anyone flying in and not renting a car - this is not walking distance to restaurants, etc. Have groceries delivered, get a book, and plan to RELAX.

This was a great place to stay very roomy, comfy bed, right on the beach great views would definitely stay again. Couldn’t get the tv in bedroom to work just fyi but not a big deal for me kitchen light was flickering just turned it off😁

Beautiful and Super Clean Condo!
Absolutely beautiful condo and probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in at a beach. You can tell the property management company is heavily involved with maintaining this condo, and they do a wonderful job. For example, most condos that are privately owned are furnished by the owner including bedding, towels, etc. This condo seems to be furnished by the management company which means things like the bedding (all of it, not just the sheets) are washed and changed after every customer. The bedding is lightweight, so if you are cold at night I suggest bringing a blanket. They do provide extras, but they are not heavy blankets. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make meals during your stay. There was also plenty of storage space for groceries. The condo comes with chair and umbrella service for 2 people, and 2 beach towels were provided in the unit. I recommend bringing additional beach towels, chairs, etc if you have a larger group. Overall, we would highly recommend this condo and will rent again if we are able to make vacation plans for this area again.

Nice place, but improvements could be made
Very nice location, and we had a great time, but here are some improvements that are needed... 1. The washing machine is VERY noisy when it starts (I believe it has something to do with it filling with water), LOTS of clanging and banging that HAS to be annoying to the neighbors. 2. The area rug in the living room needs to be replaced or at least rotated. The 2 corners that are in the walkway are turned up and present a real trip hazard. 3. The carpet is pretty dirty and needs to be cleaned 4. Two of the four chairs on the balcony were broken when we got there and it was obvious that they had been broken and "fixed" numerous times prior to our visit. The balcony furniture needs to be replaced. 5. This unit is in part of the recessed area of the complex. Our views to the West were blocked by units H and I, which stick out 8 feet or so. The pictures very conveniently hid this. On the plus side, we found the condo to be well stocked with kitchen items, linens (extra pillows, sheets and blankets were all available in the unit), the whole complex was very quiet and the common areas were well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay at Island Echos again, but not sure that we would choose the same unit.

The three of us loved having a “girl’s trip” here! The condo is right on the ocean and was so clean. The TV was a lot bigger than we thought it would be. It is a little outdated but so cute and homey!

Family get together at the beach
Very accommodating vacation spot for small family. The location was very convenient and facilities such as pool, gym and beach service were a plus. Granddaughter loved that she could pick a board and toys for the beach. More detailed cleaning of the unit will be great.

Great location
We really enjoyed the location of this little slice of beach life. It was not in the busiest part of Destin, but close enough to drive anywhere we wanted. This condo came with full kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, parking, and comfy furniture to relax in. The best part about this place was the included beach chairs and umbrella. Seriously amazing not to haul and set that up everyday. We also rented SUP and kayaks by the hour right at the stand off the condo’s boardwalk. Really perfect location.

Excellent choice!
This condo is updated with new living room furniture and is spotless, with all kitchen necessities provided. The king bed is very comfortable and having two baths makes getting ready to go out a breeze. The ocean view is wonderful with nice balcony furniture. Having beach service included in season is an extra perk! Vacasa followed up multiple times to make sure all was well, and had maintenance there within minutes when a light fixture malfunctioned - the problem was repaired immediately. I hope I’m able to stay at 4G again when I return to Fort Walton and will rent with Vacasa any chance I get.

Perfect in every way
This unit was absolutely perfect. Loved the separation it gives couples. The complex was very clean. Beach was easily accessed. The only complaint was there were no extra covers, so bring a comfy blanket if you are on the chilly side. Vacasa was alerted of a broken chair on the balcony and upon a return from the beach we noticed the chair was gone. While they were quick to retrieve it we would like to have been notified of the entry without us in the room bonded or not. This is not the owners fault. I would book this unit again.
