One bedroom, two full baths. Very quiet and private. King size bed in bedroom with queen sofa bed in living room each with memory foam toppers. Two new Samsung Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows. Dedicated High Speed WiFi just for you. Coffee table with lift top work space. USB charging ports in all table lamps, two luxury self inflating super twin beds available. Full Kitchen, Breakfast Bar with drip coffee maker and blender, located on the second floor overlooking the beautiful Mandalay Channel. Three minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico and the #1 rated Clearwater Beach. One block from Mandalay Avenue with numerous shops and restaurants. Pier 60 is a ten minute walk. At the Marina you can book fishing excursions, sail boat rides and other adventures. Fish from your private dock, barbeque available, heated pool and a free laundry center. Free parking slot provided next to the condo. Walk everywhere. We know you will love the Bay Window Beauty. This is the "Old Florida" feel at it's best.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time, with our family of 4! The room was very nice and clean. The pool was wonderful and very clean. It felt like a very safe place to stay - and was nice and quiet at night! We would definitely come back!

Easy rental process just wish the property manager had been the same as all the other units. It would’ve been nice to have the property manager on site.

Perfect location and gorgeous sunrise!

We loved this condo! The location is absolutely perfect- next to the original Frenchys restaurant, Hogans Hangout, an excellent coffee shop and less than 5 minutes to the most beautiful beach in Florida! Better yet- if you walk 10 minutes north on the beach it is very secluded! If you walk 5 minutes south then you are in the exciting spring break paradise ( too busy for my taste though) The bedroom was quite large and it was great to have 2 bathrooms for our family of 4. Our teens slept well on the pullout bed- we didn’t find the proper sheets the first night- (they are in the lift top coffee table)- but once we found them it was comfortable! The kitchen is tiny but just fine for making a light breakfast and lunch. The pool is very clean, patio is perfect to meet some snow birds and the dock is awesome for dolphin watching in the bay.

A-dor-a-ble!

Loved the condo! It was decorated in a tasteful beach theme. We really wanted an ocean front view but I must say the view to the bay was beautiful and made up for it! Able to watch the sunrise from the condo or on the dock. Location, location, location! Located centrally to many fun restaurants/bars and shopping. No need to drive anywhere. Just park it and get those steps in! The courtyard and pool were an oasis- beautiful palm trees and tropical foliage. And the beautiful beaches were just a few blocks away. Hoping we’ll be able to visit again!

Clearwater Delight!

This condo was the perfect size for us. A great location to the beaches and restaurants. The staff and other guests where delightful. We loved the bay window and watching all the boats. Our rooms were upstairs but not a problem for us. If we are in the area again I will try to stay at this unit.

Our 2nd trip back!

This rental is the perfect spot in Clearwater Beach - this was our 2nd year in a row coming back and we will be returning again! Super close to plenty of restaurants, bars, a short walk to the beach, and a beautiful view where we were able to spot dolphins!

Great place in a perfect location!

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. Tucked back in a quiet area, but easy access to everything! We enjoyed daily dolphins out back, walks to the less crowded area of the beach, dips in the pool, and much more! The place is quite small (as indicated in listing), but worked great for our family of 4 as we mostly used it as a place to eat breakfast, sleep, and rest between outings!

Perfect location!

We utilized everything this property had to offer. From the private dock to the cool water swimming pool to the gas grill. Everyone was very pleasant and met people from all over the world. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Clean, great location

Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops. Beautiful sunrise view and were able to view dolphins from the window. Room was very clean and very spacious with just one bedroom for my family of five to stay at.

This place was great. Location was perfect for us. Close to the shops and restaurants. The bay window view of the bay was awesome. Saw different wildlife, including dolphins. The room itself was nice also. I would highly recommend this place. Owners communication was good.

Great relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time at this place. It was quaint, relaxing, a fabulous fishing pier to enjoy sunrises/fishing/dolphin watching and, a perfect little warm pool looking over the inter coastal waters. Our time here was nothing less than enjoyable. It was perfect we cut walking distance to the ocean and on windy days from the ocean it was enjoyable to be poolside. We are looking forward to coming back to this unique property.

Cute place great location

We enjoyed spending a few nights at this condo. Great location just a few blocks from the beach. Lots of nice people living in the other condos we liked visiting with. Keep in mind this place is quite small and was pretty tight for the 4 of us. Would have been much more comfortable for 2-3 people. Not a super updated place or anything either, but had all we needed for a good price and it was clean.

My wife and I have been coming to Clearwater Beach Florida since we were engaged 42 years ago in 1978. I was a professional baseball player with the Philadelphia Phillies, St. Louis Cardinals, Toronto Blue Jays and the Oakland A's. I spent nine of my spring trainings living on Clearwater Beach as well as three winter ball seasons. After our four children were out of college and on their own we began returning to Clearwater Beach. We fell head over heels again for the beach and the people and decided to look for a place to come and stay at while there. We found our condo for sale and immediately jumped in. We love it and we hope that when you visit you will also fall in love with the area and our Bay Window Beauty. It is a private and quiet complex and we know that you will find many happy times and make many good memories while there.
