Immerse yourself in a tiki themed condo known as "The Kondo Tiki". Not only is the condo full of surprises but it's one of the few tiki vacation rentals that's actually waterfront. Great Sunsets, cool laid-back vibe at this hidden gem on Tampa Bay. It's not part of the tourist machine, but close to everything in the area. Wonderful place to stay! Excellent communication from the host before arrival. Very clean and every detail is well thought out. The pictures of the condo are very cute, but they do not do it justice-- every inch of the place is tiki-themed and fun. Great view of the water from the balcony. Our family of 4 had an amazing time here!

The Tiki condo is amazing so much fun and really cool stuff inside. Don't wanna give to much away. Clean and great view of pool and bay from balcony. Big Bamboo poolside restaurant and bar had great food. Will definitely be staying here again. Chris is great as well. Very intuitive and on point with all condo info.

This adorable condo made you feel like you were on a beach in the tropics. The website doesn't do it justice. Great balcony view. Its definitely a whole vacation vibe!

I was able to book this cute, quaint unit with just 24 hours notice and received early check-in as well! Chris was very communicative and provided lots of details via videos about the property and check-in process. It was a delightful stay.

This has to be the best stay we have ever booked. From the moment I walked into this location, the designs, attention to detail, and whole experience was amazing. Owner really put in a lot of work to make this place special and make the experience of the guest special and worthwhile! Whole place was clean and tidy, and owner provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for those who forgot it. The Chief and other knickknacks was also a nice plus.Check in process was efficient and smooth as owner communicated to us prior to trip to ensure that we knew the rules and also assist us if we needed anything.All in all, the actual resort was really nice. Small beach, really cool bar that we were able to check out during our stay, and awesome security to ensure everyone was safe.I would say this location is great for people who love an experience stay. I will be talking about this place for years to come and will 100% recommend this place for people who are looking for a unique, artistic, and private place to stay that is special.

Amazing!!!

We absolutely enjoyed this place!! The decor was a described. Stunning is all I can say. We felt like we were in our own Tiki hut!!! Chris was an excellent host and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We love this property!!! A great place with an excellent view of the ocean and pool ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone try this place. Thank you Chris !
