Llama House Bentonville is a 3 bed 2 bath home located off of I-49. Enjoy modern style furnishings, unique themed artwork throughout the home. Take a selfie by Llama House neon sign and flower wall. Quick access to biking trails, shopping or eating in downtown Bentonville, Amp Music Concerts, and sporting events at the University of Arkansas. EV charging is free! Brand new back deck, stocked with a BBQ smoker and propane grill. The property is self owned and managed so you will never have to deal with someone that isn’t familiar with the home.

My daughter and I (the mother) enjoyed our stay in the llama house. Eveything was in working order and clean. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Our two nights were on a Tuesday and Wednesday. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I appreciated having coffee and condiments available. Being close to the interstate was helpful as we were in the area for a memorial service outside of Bentonville. Besides that, we thouroughly enjoyed sightseeing and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and for more than two nights! The deck is awesome. We just didn't use it.

The open layout of the house was very nice for family socializing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large counter was nice for having coffee and snacks. Everyone agreed the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space and very nice and clean.

Our stay at the llama house was amazing! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bath towels were soft and plush and the showers were great. The host checked in with us and made sure we had all questions answered. I left a necklace that he was kind cough to mail to me. You will enjoy this house m, I am sure!

Communication with host was very prompt and complete. Plentiful kitchenware — and supplying coffee pods is a terrific, generous touch! Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive into the main highlights of Bentonville.

The Llama House was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Great location near many of the activities we wanted to do. Mit was excellent to work with, prompt with any communication, helpful, and we appreciated all of the kitchen items and activities provided at the house. We would bring our family back here again!

Guys trip

Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place. We’ll be back 100%

LLama House Stay

The place was nice and fit our needs well since we were in that area. It was last minute for us and we felt lucky to have something that worked so well for us. We'll be sure to check back in the future if we need an extended stay.

The neighborhood has close access to the interstate and 10 minutes to downtown Bentonville. The seclusion of this private neighborhood is one of my favorite things about it.
