Great location. We did not rent a car- only mountain bikes. We could easily access mountain bike trails and systems by day and ride our bikes to downtown in the evening. The house had everything we needed. Very quiet location.

The house was cozy and had a very happy vibe. And Rosanna was very thoughtful, providing every kitchen utensil we could possibly need, paper to-go coffee cups (helpful on the day we checked out), and things like phone chargers that we didn’t need because we remembered ours - but would be a godsend to guests who forgot their chargers. Bottom-line: the house had a friendly feel, we had the sense that the owner was looking out for us, and that was much appreciated.

Checking in and out was a breeze. The house is furnished beautifully. All amenities needed were furnished. The place is well cared for and the kitchen was great. Side by side fridge with a gas stove. Perfect for a biking trip. Even has a locking shed for bikes when not riding. One of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed at and we use VRBO’s a lot. Cannot see how you could be disappointed if you chose to stay here.

This property was excellent and was located such that we could walk/ride to all the places we wanted to visit. The home was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Kitchen setup had everything and bedrooms and bathrooms also were well-stocked. The house also accommodated our bikes, and included a bike wash area as well as a secure shed for our bikes. We loved it and our time in Bentonville.

wonderful location…half mile from the bentonville square, where there is something going on all the time. the cottage interior has been nicely redone. super clean. we aren’t bikers, but bike trails (and bikes) are all over the place. the whole area is in transition…every single street is a mix of new places and older homes/cottages that have been redone, or are in the process of being redone.

It had a fire pit which was our favorite part, location was perfect. We loved it but because you're in Bentonville, the bike capital of the world, it would be awesome if there was a shed to put the bikes in. We absolutely loved it and every second we were there

Amazing house in Bentonville

The house was outstanding and we could not have been happier with our stay. The inside of the house was super clean and looked essentially brand new. Overall, it was one of the nicer rentals that we have stayed at. The kitchen was stocked with basic amenities for cooking and made it really feel like home. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels in each bathroom. The house is close to downtown, but not really walking distance. This was not an issue though since there is plenty of parking downtown. We were there to explore the Mountain Bike trails and this house was a short ride to both the Slaughter Pen and the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve trails. I would highly recommend this property and would look to stay there again when we come back to Bentonville one day.
