Spacious condo less than a 1/4 block to the nearest beach access. The location and beautifully landscaped semi-private tropical pool in the fenced back courtyard offer the best of both worlds!

This second-floor walkup condo is decorated in a tropical beach theme. The living, dining and kitchen area is a large open space that is perfect for your whole family or group of friends to enjoy.

You can swim in the large tropical pool in this complex or the Gulf just down the street, whichever you choose. Since you are within a short distance of all the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything that you need to prepare a delicious meal. A utility room with washer/dryer and 2 tandem parking spaces out front (no garage access) add convenience to make this the perfect location for your South Padre Island getaway!

Great location large condo

My family loved our stay. The condo was large and clean with a very short walk to the beach. Perfect rental would stay here again.

Very nice

This is our second time to stay in this condo.There was sand on floor when we got there but that is to be expected being so close to the beach and being a rental property. It’s hard to get it all. Very chill condos and the pool area is great. One block from the beach. Whatever you do, do not use the vacuum from the closet
.it leaves an awful smell behind

4th of July Family Trip

Great little community, close to the beach. Short walk and easy access. We thought the place was nice for our family of 5. And could have comfortably slept 3 more. Also it was nice for us to bring our miniature poodle along for the trip.

Needs some TLC

If you like very soft beds that you sink into like jello because they wobble, this is your spot. We just prefer a more solid, firm bed. For a stay with 7 people there is definitely not enough bath towels or hand towels and only one bathroom had a rug to step out of the shower onto. There was only one dish towel for the kitchen? What? Not a wash cloth to wipe a counter or table off and only one dish towel? We washed towels but the dryer took so much time drying that we maybe should have tried laying them out on the deck in the breeze for faster results. The carpet is a HUGE turn off. Stains everywhere on them. We brought food to cook there as it said it had all we needed to be able to cook. Yes, plenty of dishes, silverware but the pans. Yikes they were just awful. Looked like 90’s Teflon scratched pans. No thanks. The house is arranged nicely and the a/c worked very well. In the evenings kids put together the puzzles that were left there, sadly all three were missing pieces. The pool area is well kept as are the grounds. Close to the beach which is super convenient as well as designated parking. Can’t beat that. There is a little convenience store just down the road. should you find need something. Lastly we wound up paying extra because we wouldn’t be there by 4:00pm on a Saturday. They put an envelope with our wristbands, keys and parking passes in a lock box and charged us $50 for that. Expensive envelope.

Discusting and Terrible

Upon entering the unit, the first thing I did was use the restroom. The very first thing I noticed was PUBIC HAIRS on the ledge of the bathtub. There is no excuse for that....just poor cleaning. On the second day, the dryer stopped drying. I called and a repairman was sent out. He was very nice and said he "fixed" it. The next load that was put in got totally destoryed. All of our clothes were ruined (black grease stains along with several holes). It was like the dryer tried to eat all of the clothes. Some of the clothes were brand new and not cheap. Also, my daughter found a fingernail in her bed. Not just a chip of a nail, or a tiny clipping of a nail, but the ENTIRE nail. Just gross and again, no excuses for that kind of unsanitary conditions. Next came the bugs!!! At least two of the beds had bed bugs or something. I woke up after the first night with bites all over my arms and legs. There were also roaches and other bugs all over the unit. I have traveled a lot....this is by far the grossest place that I have ever stayed. I certainly hope that someone contacts me regarding this situation. I let property manager know of all of the issues and they were just kind of like, "Oh well". NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will be leaving this same review on every review site that I can find.

No muy buena experiencia

Es mi segundo año rentando en las puertas 205 lamentablemente esta vez nos cobraron por que no funcionaba el AC cuando ellos tienen que brinadar ese servicio el refrijerador tampoco funcionaba en mis 5 dias de vacaciones no fueron a areglarlo una regadera estaba tapada desde ase un año 😏

Get away day

It was a good property. Close to things. The property was clean and neat. Neighbors were friendly. The property manager was a little harassing on checkout. She called 2 hours before checkout and reminded me of the time and we need to out very soon. That was not called for or could have used different verbage to get her point across. The add on fees from the management company doubles the actual price of the unit. Still worth the stay and perhaps better with a different management company

Walking distance to the beach, a coffee shop, convenience store and restaurants. Dog friendly with reasonable rates. Quiet environment. Big open floor plan ideal for families.

TIFT weekend getaway

Very nice property, great proximity to the beach. Kiddos enjoyed the pool and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.
