Wonderful stay!

Definitely a gem of a place for a beach vacay! Townhouse matched the pics exactly except it felt even bigger in person. We had everything we could need! Lynnette supplied all the necessities as well as a surprise basket of snacks! We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to beach access. It fit all of our needs! We had an amazing stay!

Amazing

We took our children and grandchild for six nights. This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. The pool is just what we needed after our Long Beach days. We will definitely be back again.

Great Family Getaway

Book this home, you won't regret it! We booked this house for a short trip, just after Christmas! The house is literally 1 block to beach access! We walked there every morning to watch the sunrise and shell. We have a family of 5 and had so much space. The hosts provided so many little extras like beach toys, wagon, chairs and rolling cooler! The pool in the back was great and it is heated, so for the chillier nights,temps can adjusted, if needed. Plenty of utensils and kitchen appliances. Large dining table and comfy reclining chairs to watch a movie! Bathrooms were very sanitary and cleaned with a seal! Its a perfect spot to get away, a wonderful home away from home. So many things to do in South Padre and this house is no more than 10 minutes to everything! Communication with the host was easy and they are quiet genuinely wonderful people! We had a great stay! people people!people! Youpeople s! T

Perfect home away from home.

The home was perfect. Everything was just as pictured. They had everything we needed to make our stay great. Host were amazing at communicating and letting us know everything we needed to be prepared for our trip. The whole house is just amazing. The pool is amazing for a night dip after being in the heat all day. It is literally a 1-2 minute walk from the beach and close to everything. We will definetly be back!

Excellent Property

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family of 9! There were five kids and four adults and we had plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a short walk across the road. Everything was clean, organized, and very prepared when we arrived! The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the house to anyone looking to visit SPI! 🏝️

Wonderful time

The home was exactly how it looked online. Very close to beach. It had everything you could imagine and more. The beds were comfy, pillows great. Table was nice and big for our family dinners. The back yard was set up adorable and we, especially the kids really enjoyed the pool. Thank you so much! We will for sure stay here again when we return to SPI

Absolutely Wonderful Experience!

I rented this property for a family getaway and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! From the proximity to the beach to the backyard pool and lounging area, we had a blast! The owners were very responsive and did so promptly, although we only had a few questions, no issues at all with the property. We’re coming back next year and this will be out home away from home!

Great Stay!

This place was amazing! The pool was so nice, & we made great use of the barbecue provided making steaks for dinner one night. The inside is clean and the hosting is great with complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, snacks, seasonings, and more! Definitely recommend, we could’ve stayed here forever!

You'll never want to leave Just Beachy Campeche!

If you are wanting to stay in the ideal beachhouse that has everything you could possibly want, then Just Beachy Campeche is the answer! It's beautiful inside and out with amenities galore: reclining sofas, comfy beds, spa-like pool, covered patio, very very short walking distance to beach, beach wagon with tons of toys for kiddos, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, luscious thick towels, even a huge welcome basket of goodies!! We were blown away by it all and hated to leave. The owner could not possibly be more accommodating, helpful, and gracious! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!! It made our entire visit to South Padre perfect. You are going to miss out if you don't book Just Beachy Campeche!!!

Absolutely beautiful home and felt welcome as soon as I walked in, and had everything we needed.

Perfect place to stay. I would give the home 10 stars. Our stay here was wonderful. The pool was relaxing and clean. The house was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Hardest part of the trip was having to leave. I will definitely be back.

Great House - Perfect Location

Traveled to SPI from San Antonio with my 17 year old daughter, and four of her friends for a weeklong summer getaway. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Very close and easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals as well as extras such as blender, toaster, and full-size coffee maker. The pool was a great place to gather and relax after a full day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the house comes with a beach wagon, boogie boards, ample, beach, toys, and beach towels. The owners thought of everything a family may need for a day (or days) of fun in the sun. Another nice touch is the availability of pantry/staple items. As guest check in/out there are some items left behind such as salt/pepper, spices, syrup, etc. My recommendation is to check it out before heading to the grocery store. There is a grocery store just a few blocks from the house. However, if you take a five minute drive back over the bridge, there’s an H-E-B with everything you could possibly need. We had a great time, and I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, clean, well appointed house that is close to the beach and has a private pool. If you have a chance, be sure to check out KIC’s ice cream. It is just a few minutes up the street and has some of the best ice cream on the island. We visited three different places and ended up coming back to Kic’s multiple times.

Everything We Expected

Just Beachy Campeche was exactly what was listed. It was super clean, updated interior, and great space for our family needs. The outdoor space was great added space with shade, fans, and TV. The pool was the perfect size for kids who love to swim. We enjoyed the balcony for fireworks! The location was also perfect for our family. We could walk and forth several times a day. The owner provided everything we needed/wanted on our vacation and for our family meals together. We appreciated the extra towels, chairs, wagon(LOVED), toys, and body boards that we did not have to pack ourselves. We would love to return again!
