Ce fabuleux duplex de 2 étages propose des condos côte à côte de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, chacun avec sa propre piscine privée. Chaque unité offre 2200 pieds carrés de surface habitable et est idéale pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes. Pour ces très grands groupes, renseignez-vous sur la réservation des deux propriétés.

La plage est juste en face, mais vous pouvez également profiter d'une belle vue sur la plage depuis votre balcon privé. Il s'agit d'une découverte unique sur South Padre Island qui comprend des équipements tels que des chaises de plage, des jouets de plage, des jouets pour la piscine et un barbecue au charbon de bois intégré. Le stationnement n'est pas un problème car chaque unité a un garage pour 2 voitures et un espace pour 4 véhicules dans l'allée.

Came into this vrbo wanting to be with alot of family. It helped with being very spacious. The pool in the back was perfect for after the beach when we were bbqing in the back while the kids swam. Everything came out perfect and the pictures do not do this place justice. Its beautiful

Overall the location was great. Easy access to beach (across the street). It was a busy weekend (4th of July) therefore you did hear all the loudness from the traffic outside. Downstairs shower was a bit dirty with hair. The back door didn't close properly; therefore having to lock it to secure that it was closed. Just a bit of a hassle when we had to come back inside for something. Other then that, the beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen provided everything you needed for a long weekend stay. Downstairs was very roomy and allowed for great family time.

Vacation get away with group of 14. The location was perfect for us...a five minute walk to the beach with our gear. The house and pool were clean and well kept. Host was very responsive when an issue came up.

Perfect spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was spacious enough for all of us in our group. I liked how close it is to the beach access. There were a few minor issues when we arrived however we received a very quick response back and everything was handled quickly. I think there are a few minor upgrades that could be made but overall the place was great, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a space for large groups.

Island weekend

Arrived to find A/C serviceman in condo, this should’ve been done prior. Front and backyard full of weeds and sand burrs. Pool was dirty and had sand burrs, not useable. Broken MBR toilet seat.

i was a little nervous when we first walked in, we had a couple of lights and fans that weren’t working and the pool was green, but klaus was great! i messaged him and her replied back quickly and had the problems fixed with in an hour! the house is just a short walk to the beach, and it was great! definitely would stay again!

Great location to the beach!

If you're looking for a great location to the beach this is it! It was nice to be able to walk straight to the beach and not have to load up a car. The beach access even had rinse off stations so you didn't have to worry about bringing the beach home. The property itself was nice. Beds were comfortable. It could use a few updates in the kitchen. We brought our dog and was disappointed that there wasn't any "green space" outside on the property for it to do its business. Always had to take it for a walk. Washing machine didn't work but owner said he would get it fixed. The property owner was great to get back to us quick if we needed something. Overall my family and I had a great time!

Great vacation

Klaus was easy to reach and quick to reply from the start. The place is across the street from a beach access point. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, close to everything and has all you need. We had all our meals on the big table on the patio. It was a truly relaxing week.

We made some great memories

This place was awesome! Klaus was very fast and responsive to any questions I had. He was a great host! Everything was available to us and all we had to do was throw out the trash. No complaints whatsoever, everyone enjoyed themselves, we definitely made some great memories. The house was roomy and clean. The pool was great, he even had a pool cleaner come the next day to clean the pool, which is nice to know he keeps on top of everything. The beach is also very close too, wish we had more time to stay but it was worth the days we were there. I 100% recommend staying here, great host, great place. Thanks again Klaus!

not clean when checking in, things falling apart, alot of gnats in kitchen, dirty mattress, very bad

needs a lot of up grades, need to be better clean and kitchen needs to be better organized. master bedroom matters is very nasty, will not stay again. very bad experience.

Can’t make everyone happy. This lady complained from the moment she showed up as she was looking for a discount or something. Probably does this more often than not. We sent a cleaning crew next day to see if she needed anything and the rest of her group said all was great so not sure what she is complaining about. They left the place in good shape but would not recommend her to anyone. Be aware…

Had so much fun at this property. Walking distance to beach. Super close to Wanna Wanna (super good pina coladas!). The house comes with some beach toys/ mats. The pool in the back is really nice as well. Plenty of space for our group of 8!

Great Location

The owner was awesome and very responsive..property could use very minor cleaning and repairs otherwise it was great!! We could see the beach and and beautiful sunrises/sunsets from the property...It was beautiful...
