New Construction 2021 beachfront with amazing sunsets and pool

The second you arrive at this bayfront home on Wildwood Avenue you will be stunned by the views. Enjoy a private space that will allow you a front row seat to the most spectacular sunset views at the Jersey shore! This new construction home comfortably sleeps 10 with bayfront views in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. There are 3 full and one 1/2 baths. Enjoy breakfast at the island in the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliance, gas oven and gorgeous quartz countertops and watch all the sights the bay has to offer. After spending your day kayaking on the bay or enjoying an afternoon on the sand, come home to a lovely living space that includes a flat screen TV and gas fireplace as well as a bonus room that features a 60-inch TV and ping pong table. Not a fan of the sand? No problem! You can enjoy your day floating in the gorgeous salt water pool on the lower deck that boasts views of the bay. The master bedroom features a king size bed, on suite full bath and enormous walk in closet. The second bedroom features a full size bed with views of the bay. The third bedroom features a full size bed with a full size trundle and a view of the bay. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin size bed on top, full size bed on the bottom and an additional full size trundle. All beds have new memory foam mattresses. An additional full bathroom and laundry room complete the second floor. When you head back down to the main floor a fifth bedroom features another king size bed with on suite full bath. On the ground floor in the bonus room you will find a full size pull-out couch.
There is a 2 car garage and ample parking as well as a yard with a fire pit and plenty of space for kids to play. There is a fenced in side yard.
There is a large natural gas grill.
You are minutes away from both Cape May and Wildwood and will appreciate coming back to your quiet getaway after enjoying all that the neighboring towns have to offer. Additional amenities include six beach chairs, two umbrellas and 4 Cape May beach tags, kayak, 2 paddle boards, surf boards, boogie boards. This was our third family vacation to this property. We've enjoyed all our stays and 2025 was no exception. This year the weather was especially cooperative and gave us every reason to use the beach and pool more than usual. The whole family had a great time and this year we chose to cook at the house more than usual. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. Gathering around the table for many meals and playing games in the evening made for a great experience. We plan to return in 2026.

Amazing property with everything you will ever need

Absolutely beautiful baby front property that includes everything you will need. Sunsets are amazing. Deck and pool are great as well. Inside the property is beautiful and spacious, smart TVs on every room, fast internet, all the things you would need are there (pots/pans/etc.) Highly recommend.

Beautiful house on Villas Bay

Lovely deck with amazing views. Large clean home fully equipped with anything you could possibly need on your beach vacation. The two master suites were a plus for the four adults. Spacious rooms. Loved the downstairs. Perfect for our youngsters play area. Steps away from the beach and a pool. Will most definitely be back.

Perfect for our family beach week.

Excellent location with easy access to beach and the calm bay. Especially with two toddlers. Very comfortable atmosphere. Sunsets were amazing. Pool was perfect too!

Great Getaway...Again

This is the second time our family has stayed at this property and love it. It is a great location for a number of reasons. First, and foremost it's right on the beach and looking to the West (where the sun sets over the bay). Second, it is near numerous restaurants, stores, and attractions that make it easy to turn a bad weather day (which we had a couple of) into a family outing. Lastly the house itself is spacious and allowed some family members to perform remote work, as needed, while others enjoyed the beach, salt water pool, or relaxing on the deck. All in all, a great experience and we'll be booking again for next year.

I would have stayed all summer

This house is a perfect place to stay in Cape May. The house and beach are lovely. Our favorite aspects were the large deck, pool, and location to the beach. The hosts were quick to respond to our needs. We be hope to be able to go back there next summer.

Beautiful Location

The house, pool and amenities were wonderful. The location was perfect as well. We did have some issues checking in due to miscommunication but we resolved them after a while. Fortunately, we had rented linen ladies linens because some of the sheets that were at the house were covered in hair and were unusable. While we were making one of the bunk beds, we found a used child’s pull up in the bed. We also found servers pairs of men’s underwear and clothes in several bathrooms/bedrooms. If it wasn’t for these issues, I would have given the house 5 stars for everything. However, for the price we paid, I would have expected everything to be seamless and clean.

A slice of heaven

This home couldn’t be any nicer! It is a beautiful property with heavenly sunsets. Exactly as described. The pool is sensational and very clean. House very clean and has everything you need. All beds were extremely comfortable. The bay beach is perfect and no need to travel to ocean beach unless you like the big waves. Really perfect for families with younger kids. I never wanted to leave the house! We were all sad to leave and hope we have the good fortune to return next summer!!! The owners were available for anything you may need.

Relax and Recharge

The house location is great; with quick access to the beach and the overall location gave our family easy access to groceries, restaurants and other tourist attractions in the area. we had a couple of good sunsets but storms and wildfire smoke are unpredictable. Certainly the potential for awesome sunsets exists at this location. The elevated main level gives a great view of the bay and a nearly continuous breeze was present to keep it comfortable. We made use of the pool and grill as well. The sound of the surf is constant and the beach was never crowded. All in all a great place to relax and recharge.

Great house and location

We love staying in Villas. We bring our kids and grand kids; the beach is perfect for young kids. The house is great, new construction, bayside on the beach, highly recommended.

Relaxing Beach Rental

The rental was as pictured, very clean and with all comveniences one might need (including sheets and towels) plus great beach access at the end of the driveway. Our 5 year old greatly enjoyed the beach. Must return when slightly warmer and pool open.

Most peaceful amazing sunsets

This was the perfect location to unwind on the beach listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. The gorgeous house was perfect for my family and the beds were so comfortable! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Christmas Family Gathering

The ten of us (imcl 2 teens) had a great stay here. Paul was pretty quick in answering our questions. House is spacious, bathrooms are nice, and kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There were some board games, which was great as we stayed in during winter storm Elliott. Great experience overall.

Tournament week in Cape May

We were in town for a fishing tournament in Cape May. It was a short drive to town and the Canyon Club. The House, Pool and Views of the bay were perfect. The Ladies enjoyed the days by the pool by while the guys were fishing. On our off days every one relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the perfect quiet location.
