Designed specifically for family vacations, this Sea Isle City shore home gives kids their own dorm-style retreat while adults enjoy comfortable bedrooms, large living and dining rooms, wrap around porches, and an easy 2-minute walk to the beach. Ideal for parents, grandparents, and cousins vacationing together in a quiet, family-friendly setting.

Located conveniently within short walking distance of local gem restaurants, the amazing ice cream stand, grocery store, gym and the Sea Isle City promenade. The Jitney, our Sea Isle City bus, picks up right in front of the house for transportation downtown or anywhere else on the island.

This location was great! So close to the beach and easy acess, it made traveling with young kids so enjoyable. The covered deck was great for them to get energy out when it rained. The house was even stocked with toys and puzzles/games for adults. Ben was so great to communicate with and made everything a breeze. Highly recommended this rental!

Annual fishing trip

This is our 3rd year staying in this old house and everyone loves it. Ben does a great job taking care of the place and it is perfect for a bunch old fisherman. We used to stay in Avalon where we fish, but cost and availability forced us to look elsewhere. Glad we found this on VRBO.

The property is perfect for a group of college friends who want to party close to the beach. Many beds, and two huge dining tables to gather around. The carpeting is day d and a couple of areas need deep cleaning, but overall it works.

The location of this property to the beach and SIC restaurants and stores is excellent. The house is huge with plenty of space for a large group, like our group of college friends. The carpeting is a bit outdated, but we didn't care. Ben was great to deal with!

Charming House!

This house has such character! Large enough for an entire extended family with the cutest “dormitory” on the third floor, and views of the ocean. The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach, the Acme, and restaurants! The garage is full of beach gear and bikes, there’s a grill on the deck, plus a washer and dryer. Everything to make your stay pleasant and memorable!

Family Beach Vacation

This house was absolutely awesome! So unique with an excellent location. The beach was just a short walk, making it easy for our infant’s first beach trip. The house was large inside to sleep our big family comfortably. The top deck had amazing ocean view, while the bottom back deck had awesome space for game night. While the front porch had a classic unique old-time vibe. The communication with the host was excellent!!! I highly recommend this home :) we hope to stay hear again next season!

The house is beautiful and large! Enough space for our whole family, ages 5 to 80, to relax and unwind. The 2 porches were so awesome to sit on and hang out. Can't wait until our next family vacation!

Great place to stay with a big group

My siblings and parents stayed here together for a wedding and had a great time, it was great to have all of us in one house. Highly recommend for a big group.

I didn’t rent it during the season, but I assume the experience would be the same awesomeness. Everything was perfect with the house. It’s a shame the weather sucked, but great place to rent!

Great family vacation!

The property is perfect for large families! Our group was 10 people, ages 78 to 4 and we ALL had an amazing time! The location only one block from the beach is perfect, especially with children. The decks were nice to relax, coloring pictures with my children listening to the ocean. Can't wait to stay again!

Perfect house for family/friends beach trip!

The location was simply fantastic - just a few steps to the beach and a short walk to grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants. The house is spacious and has plenty of space for multiple adults and kids to dine together, spacious front and back porches and LOTS of beds (the kids loved the 3rd floor dorm). The house was clean, well-stocked, very comfortable and very smooth communication with the host. Would absolutely recommend.

Surviving everything from the infamous Storm of 1962 to Hurricane Sandy, this house has seen it all.
