Roomy apartment in Richmond Hills

My wife's family lives in Markham and we cannot recommend this property enough. Great to have our own base while visiting family. Loads of great restaurants close by. Plus we had a fantastic day in Wonderland. The owner was receptive and helpful. Great stay.

Property was grossly misrepresented Laundry room had open electrical wires hanging in the room AAC WAS NOT WORKING We rented property for 14 days but vacated in two days

Thanks for the review. The laundry wiring is done by the certified electrician as I mentioned it earlier while you were busy sending me all the pictures that didn’t make any sense such as backyard. The AC is perfectly working ; in fact I had to warn you few times about not opening the front door fully with AC on as this may exhaust Air conditioner while you were searing outside. You were here at my property for quarantine purposes; however you didn’t mention me till the next day of arrival(while booking you stated you were here to visit while staying) and you were doing lots of tantrums about getting dishwasher fixed and I declined to fix it citing COVID-19 at the moment. Equally you almost put me on risk by not saying you were here on quarantine while you were opening the door for me so I could get toilet paper rolls for you as demanded. Being humane, we let you check in way earlier and accommodated you accordingly, but you didn’t appreciate it citing your constant tantrums, lies and rude behaviour.

Nice stay

House was very nice with large yard in quiet neighborhood. Property manager was swiftly responsive to any questions and very pet friendly. Only down side was neither bathrooms were on same level as kitchen and living room as one was on level with bedrooms and the other in basement. This was only a problem due to being w a family member who had mobility issues so stairs were a little harder to go up and down often. In comparison to all the stairs that seem common in ontario houses though these were minimal stairs.

We had a good time in this residence as we were able to spend time with family. We could not figure out if the air was working appropriately. Contacted the owner and she replied. We didn’t bother contacting her again because it was nice enough to have the windows opened.

We stayed here for the weekend we had a blast and everything was great the owner was absolutely amazing called and checked in on us to make sure things were great. We can't wait to go back!!! Thank you for everything
