HOUSEBOAT FOR RENT- Venice Marina- The “Get Reel”- JUST RENOVATED!
Everything you need for a comfortable stay right in the middle of the best fishing and hunting in the world. Located on 'B' dock at the Venice Marina. The houseboat has space to tie up your boat(s) to the front and side of the houseboat. The houseboat can sleep 6 comfortably. The sleeping situation is comprised of 2 full bunk beds with a single on top and bottom, 1 top bunk bed with a single at top and a futon underneath. There is 1 bathroom with a vanity and stand-up shower.
WiFi was recently added for your unlimited use! The main living area has a Smart TV equipped with Direct TV and all of the common apps. The living area and kitchen provide an open concept for guest to visit while watching TV, dining and preparing meals in the fully furnished upgraded kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven and full size fridge and freezer!
Property has a gas grill with the necessary utensils located on the deck for use by our guests. There is also a fish cleaning station with a hose right next to it for your convenience. Please do not throw fish or duck carcasses in the water, instead take them outside of the marina to dispose of them.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations are only allowed prior to 30 days of the rental period. Cancellations within 30 days of rental period are only allowed in the event of named tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico that requires evacuation or tropical watches/warnings are issued for the Venice area.. Should the reservation be cancelled within the 30 days of the rental period then the entire rental fee is forfeited and the reservation/damage deposit will be returned. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, illness, accident, change in plans, personal emergencies, charter boat cancellation, or otherwise if not done in writing 30 days prior to arrival date.

We loved the location. Our charter captain picked us up from the back dock of the houseboat. We had all the linens we needed. The only thing that was hard was to fall asleep at times because the exits signs were so bright, but I figured that was safety regulation- so no biggie. Thank you.

It was a peaceful stay. The house boat was neat. A little small but perfect for a quick getaway in one of the best places to fish in Louisiana.
