This Villa has 2 bedrooms (one with king bed and the other with One QUEEN SIZE BED and pull out couch) and 2 full bathrooms located on the 2nd floor, both with private balcony's. Down stairs there is a half bath, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, living/dining room, New tile floors, cable TV, Wi-Fi and open porch with seating.
2 bikes included in rate. Community kayaks and paddleboards are avail to use (just have to sign a waiver).

This oceanfront resort is a boutique complex of 52 homes inspired by Key West architecture that was built in 2007. Gated community, located off the Old Hwy at MM 86 in Islamorada. Amenities include a community pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and 500ft of private beach.
Boat slips are available for rent (for additional fee)for up to 31' boat with a deep channel out to the Atlantic. Trailer storage is no longer available outside gate please ask for storage recommendations. Be at Alligator Light house or the Famous Islamorada (Holiday Isle) sandbar in minutes. Launch your kayak or paddle board from the private beach

Come on down and put your toes in the sand. It's always better in the Florida Keys.Angler’s Reef is the perfect place for all fishing and diving enthusiasts. Islamorada is known as “The Sport fishing Capital of the World”. Water activities abound including: diving, snorkeling, Para sailing, kiteboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, and more. You may even spot manatees at the marina. Fine dining and unique shops are within walking distance: Island Grill (Famous for their tuna nachos) serving breakfast, lunch and dinner oceanfront with live music. For late night entertainment, walk on over to Hog Heaven for a fun night of dancing. Also, within in walking distance is Theatre of the Sea, where you can watch a live dolphin show or even swim with the dolphins!

Home away from home on the keys!

We had such an amazing vacation at Anglers Reef! The property was so clean and well appointed Ted. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. We were only 15 minutes or so away from our son who was at Florida Sea Base for a scout trip. Our girls were very comfortable sharing the second bedroom and my husband and I were so pleased with the primary suite as well. It was great having a washer and dryer to clean and wash all the laundry before heading home. The pool was so lovely and we used the paddle boards every day. Tons of great restaurants nearby and only 6 minutes to the Pubkix and CVS for essentials. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This place was so amazing! My family and I came here for vacation and right when we got there it feels like home. The place was very clean. Bed is super comfortable that we didn't wake up next day until 11am lol. Note: if you are planning on just staying to swim and being on the boat and ocean like we did. Dont bring lots of clothes because we did and because there was washer and dryer we hardly wore half the clothes we brought with us. Washer and dryer is super convenient! Kitchen was Stocked with spices for cooking and you are surrounded by lots of store. We love that it's gated community. It's such a quiet place even through there was lots of other rentals there. We felt very safe. The house is so cozy and we were very sad to leave. If you want to rent a boat. Go by the island grill and rent from Captain Jeff! He is super honest and amazing! We mostly went to the sand bar and Alligator reef because the is nice and clear that your able to snorkels and swim with lots of fishes and even turtles. We did use the kayaks a couple times and an amazing time just exploring. Jennifer you are awesome! She responds right away when I text her to ask some questions and was very nice. Thank you Jennifer for a nice stay at 131! If we ever come back to islamorada this would definitely be the place!

Getting some sun and warmth during winter

Stayed at Islamorada with our three daughters. Location was OK but a few things were off here and there with the property pulling down the rating to a 4 stars only. Seemingly wild cat's being fed on the property and roving around leaving fur in outside seating. Irrigation settings leaving outside furniture wet several days of our week long stay. Beds were also not great, starting to show depressions, especially the futon.

Love staying in Anglers Reef! This was our 2nd time visiting Anglers and will continue to make this our annual summer Keyes trip due to the great location on Islamorada, pristine gated community and available boat slip.

Great spot!

Really nice property in a very safe, gated neighborhood. Loved all the amenities. This is a very family friendly neighborhood. Property manager is excellent and very helpful and responsive if needed.

First Keys Stay Was Perfect

The house at Angler’s Reef was very comfortable and within a very quiet, peaceful resort. The two beaches and boat docks gave us great opportunities to walk multiple times a day and spectacular views! We enjoyed the relaxing pool and the friendly community. The house is well equipped with all amenities and comfortable beds to compliment the stay. The master bed felt heavenly with the down duvet and pillows. The ONLY recommendation I would give is some solid curtains in the living area OR move the tv to the outer wall, but there’s so much glorious sunlight form every direction, curtains might do best to cut down the glare on the TV on those rainy days or being outside isn’t an option. Overall, this place is wonderful and Jennifer was very helpful!

Wonderful 1st time stay at Islamorada!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Angler's Reef. A perfectly maintained, beautiful gated community. The houses, pool and private beach area exceeded our expectations. Groceries, restaurants and activities are all in close proximity to Angler's Reef. We look forward to our next visit.

Another great week at Anglers

I love this property! Jennifer is very responsive, anglers is the perfect place for families. This unit has everything you need, kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels, beds are really comfortable.

The family vacation we have been waiting for.

The process of finding the house, gathering info and the check in was perfect. This was a large family get away with other family members renting houses in Angers Reef. We loved the quiet gated community, it is so quaint. You feel very safe there. Fishing and mini lobster season was great. We hit a snag in our visit to Islamarada, as my husband became very ill. The Mariner Baptist Hospital was so kind to us and were caring, the doctor's and nurses work well as a team and treated my husband like a king. Overall the house, Anglers Reef Private Community, the boat slip we rented was a perfect touch. You will absolutely love this! NOTE: This is not an ADA Compliant house, our daughter is in a wheelchair, but we made the best of it and it worked out just right. Jennifer is a doll to work with, you can call, text her and she responds very quickly and has answers to any questions you may have.

Simply relaxing!

Great property and a beautiful ocean side pool. Location perfect. Took coffee and walked to the marina / beach area every morning. Nice to be able to walk to a couple of restaurants as well. Kayaks and SUP’s were so nice to have available to use (which we did). Very clean and king bed was so comfortable. A/C main was close to the MB so was a bit loud at first but close the master door and it’s fine. It’s how the homes are set up. Had a wonderful time and had all we needed for our stay!

Great time!!

Our first trip to the Keys and we wanted a place that was comfy and quiet and provided easy access to explore the Keys. This property did not disappoint! We will be back! Jennifer was always there if we had questions.

Great Place to Stay

The property is fantastic. There is plenty to do onsite or take a short walk to nice restaurants. The theater by the sea is also walkable, and Founders Park is about a mile and a half away. Many boat rental spots a short drive or walking distance. There is a Publix about 2.5 miles away and they deliver as well so that is handy. This is a 2 bedroom with 3.5 baths. The second bedroom has a pull out couch along with the queen bed and it's own full bath. The property is very well stocked and there was everything we could need to cook many dinners. there is also a grill. All of the bedrooms had decks which was really nice. This is a very quiet family oriented gated community. The property manager Jennifer, is very responsive and helped me out immensely before our trip making sure I had all I needed to work from there. There is a television the bedrooms and the family room. For a family of 4, we could not ask for more. We would definitely rent here again. If not this house, definitely in the complex. It is very relaxing and beautiful. Islamorada is a great place and this has to be one of the best places around.

1 Week Stay October 2021

Anglers Reef amenities are good. Pool is relatively quiet, small beach nice to sit on an evening, didn't take advantage of water sports but they are there to use. Marina is in good shape if you bring/rent a boat. Everywhere is very well kept and clean. Couple of places to eat within walking/biking distance, everywhere else is 5 minute drive over the bridge. Made use of Freebee service which is awesome.
