A very clever house and a stunning beach.

We had a most enjoyable holiday at this magic spot. The house is a very clever design, comfortable and is well set up for 6 people. We loved our stay and the close proximity to the stunning beach. Highly recommend as a wonderful place to stay.

Relaxing, well designed home

We loved our stay here. We’d read books on the sunny morning deck and then stroll to Medlands for a swim. The house is incredibly well designed - sun at the right times, protected from the wind, and great privacy.

Beautiful house

A well-designed house which is built to take advantage of the sun and light but shelter you from the elements. We're loved the layout and design! It's well set up with everything you need and super close to beautiful Medlands beach

Very easy to liaise with caretaker and access the property. A very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Mosquitoes at night were the only negative point

Relaxing

Our family of 6 - parents and adult children loved everything about this property - the closeness to the beach, the very comfortable but still bachy feel of the place, the lovely kitchen and the outdoor area including the lovely fireplace which made staying in April perfect. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Great island retreat.

A well designed holiday house, as a family we enjoyed the indoor fireplace due to being midwinter. Shortage of firewood, was a negative in view of the daily rental price and there being no alternative heating.

Lovely spot, but not clean

The house is in a lovely area, but the property was a little tired, and needs some maintenance. Toilet seat was broken, the house was dirty, dust under beds, spider webs everywhere. For the money charged to should present in better condition.

We loved staying at this Bach

We loved staying at this Bach. The location is fantastic and we spent our days relaxing and swimming at the beach. I would highly recommend this Bach for its layout, proximity to the beach and beautiful design.

An excellent Bach with everything you need.

An excellent Bach with everything you need. Very tidy and clean. Great communication prior to stay and even better welcome by the caretaker on the day. Easy to locate and less than a minutes walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

The house design is superb, with large sliding doors that can be opened in a number of different configurations. The outdoor area has large wind/sun screens that can be moved to different locations based on the weather. Very comfortable furniture and relatively clean for a bach next to the beach. The only factor that could be better is that the house is on a very small section enclosed by other houses, without any view or garden area and with little usable lawn space.

Nice modern bach, good location, sunny, quiet and well appointed.

Nice modern bach, good location, sunny, quiet and well appointed. Loved the fire, solar powered, so lighting at night is sufficient but not good enough to read. No heating in bedrooms, might need warmer duvets moving into winter. We enjoyed our time a Medland Sands. Nice seperation of master bedroom and kids. Thanks for our stay.

Great property with lots of space.

Great property with lots of space. Warm And comfortable with the bonus of both and indoor and outdoor fireplace. Lovely to be so close to Medlands beach ( 2 minute walk) . We really enjoyed our stay.

This property is awesome.

This property is awesome....layout is amazing. Fire places, bean bags, kitchen and lounging chairs and couch so relaxing and convenient. A real sun trap. Location is perfect too...short walk to Medlands Beach and central to Claris and other locations. Thanks for sharing ...love to come back and would recommend to others.

Great location, lovely house with amazing outdoor dining and relaxing area.

Great location, lovely house with amazing outdoor dining and relaxing area. So close to the beach it's easy to just put your togs on, grab a towel and be in the water in 5 minutes. We had an utterly fantastic time - highly recommended.
