This newly remodeled 2BD/2BA Towhnome style Condo offers an ultra-convenient location near the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sun-kissed days swimming, building sand castles, and snorkeling. Beach access is less than a quarter-mile away. Shops, restaurants and entertainment at Pier Park are just blocks away. Upstairs Unit with 2 stories in unit. Master Bedroom has Balcony overlooking pool & green space. Upstairs loft bedroom with 2 twin beds with its own Full Bath. Stainless steel Appliances in a beautiful Kitchen. Master bedroom has a queen bed and there is a also a queen pull out bed in the living room's sleeper sofa.

There is boat or extra parking in the back of the unit. POOL is DIRECTLY behind this beautiful vacation rental! Could not be more convenient! There is also an outside shower at the back.

For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

TOWELS / LINENS:
Beach Towels NOT provided.
The white towels and linen (and blankets/duvets) provided are not to be taken outside. Please utilize your washer and dryer and advise of any staining immediately. This would be covered under your damage waiver, but we will need to re-stock the home upon your departure.

Vent leaks onto bed.

It’s definitely not as up to date as the pictures make it look. Utensils and pots and pan are very old and scratched up. Beds are not the most comfortable. There is a leak above the master bed that drips ONTO the bed. So be prepared to sleep in a puddle. Maintenance says there is nothing he can do. Checked out early due to this inconvenience. I have reached out multiple times to Sand and Seeker. They emailed me and said they would refunded me but I have not received it nor have I heard back from them after several email and call attempts. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Will not be staying again. TBD if I actually get a refund.

Clear and easy communication with the property manager. Check in and check out was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and quick walk to the store and beach.

Close to Beach

It was a 5 minute walk to the beach which was nice. Great location and a private pool if you just want to lounge around for the day.

Family get away

Overall okay. I feel the kitchen could have better and more cookong pans and utensiles. We went out and purchased a folding table and chairs the one there was horrible.

Very upset that the refrigerator was barely keeping food cool. I was told to use a local laundromat since the washer would not drain and had water left in it from the last renter. Not happy

Beautiful inside

The condo is updated and well decorated with a beachy feel. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, showers have excellent water pressure. Comfortable furniture, quiet neighborhood. The only con, which isn't condo related, was that the streets in the area were under construction at the time and it's moderately traveled so we weren't comfortable walking to the beach with no crosswalks. Maybe that will change once construction is complete.

Awesome place!

The only thing I could complain about is the washer did not work and that isn’t really anything that could have been foreseen. The place was clean, roomy and so nicely decorated! We had everything we needed and will definitely rent again! Thanks!
