Beautiful home! We were welcomed to a fresh bowl of fruit and delicious home baked cookies. The hosts (Pam & Dan) were very attentive to the few questions we had. We were in Riverside for our son's graduation from CBU and the house was perfect for our group. I would definitely book again!

The host for this property were amazing. Pam and Dan went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and more. The property itself was so peaceful. I brought some of my family there as a getaway after the passing of my son. The home was perfect. My great grandchildren loved the little playground in the back yard and making s'more around the firepit was a great memory for them. The back yard is the perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset. I Highly recommend this home and the Host!

A dream

From the moment we arrived for a weekend of family birthday celebrations, this stay felt like a dream. The hosts reached out well before check-in, and when we walked in, homemade cookies were waiting on the counter along with water bottles and hot chocolate and coffee ready to go in the fridge. They personally walked us through how to use the hot tub and made us feel completely at home from the start.The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept on in a long time, which made the whole trip even more restful. Whether you're a small group in town for a family event or a larger party visiting downtown Riverside for the Mission Inn's Christmas festival, this home has the space and comfort to make your stay easy. With plenty of room, cozy beds, on-property activities, and a short drive to shopping, dining, and downtown, you really can't go wrong here.We are so grateful we got to spend this time together in a home like this, with hosts like them. It made the whole weekend feel even more special.

Riverside Stay

Great rental! The owner was very thoughtful to check in on us and send us some pre-arrival tips, the house was clean, and we even had fresh baked cookies waiting in the kitchen for us when we walked in. Great neighborhood, lots of in-home amenities, and close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely book this property again.

Great Place to spend Christmas!

We spent Christmas here and it was perfect...it even had a Christmas tree, lots of other decorations that made the house festive and a plate of Christmas cookies to welcome us!The house felt like an home and was spotless. The amenities were numerous and we found everything we needed.Pam and Dan were excellent hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely would stay here again!

Little Oasis in CA

This home is beautiful and very clean. The owner was easy to contact, great communication. The space was perfect for our group. The price was right for us. Everything we needed was conveniently close and the view was stunning. Such a great spot. I would definitely come back again and I hope we get to.

This is a wonderful property to stay and have a vacation with your family. Plenty of room the aesthetics of the house is very pleasing and calm. We were relaxing and cooking in the house. They have all the utensils, pots and pans that you need. There is a long table that we gathered at,the eight of us. There is a nice laundry room we used.Our hosts were very helpful and receptive to any needs we had. When we arrive they had delicious cookies waiting for us. Pam and Dan are the best. I can’t say it enough. It’s a great property.
