―SMOKING: or vaping of ANY KIND is PROHIBITED INSIDE the home. OUTSIDE IS OK.

―PARTIES: or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated.

―QUIET HOURS FOR THE POOL AREA are between 10 PM and 10 AM daily. Any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you, and we CANNOT host you.

―WIFI SPEED: 600mbps

―POOL & SPA: The pool is not heated. By the law, the pool is equipped with a safety fence and access doors to ensure the safety of your children. The hot tub can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. You can use the spa without heating it. If you want to heat the spa, there is a $25 daily fee.

―GRILL: We provide a full propane tank for the grill.
