GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to the entire home except for one storage room that we have locked.

-There is a BBQ grill in the yard. If needed, please move the propane tank stored in the garage to the BBQ grill for connection
-We provide a starter pack of essentials, inluding hand soap, body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, toilet paper, liquid soap dispenser, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and basic kitchen supplies. If you run out of these items during your stay, you’ll be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies.
Guests are required to provide a valid form of ID, such as a driver's license. Guests must have verified accounts with previous reviews.
Trash Day is on Monday. Please help pull out trash bins on Sundays and pull back on Mondays at the end of the day.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Please ask for approval if you have visitors. Larger gatherings will not be accommodated.

Overall great house in a good neighborhood. Host was very responsive and answered questions I had. As a commercial cleaning company owner, I would highly recommend they get new cleaners who are more thorough as the house did have a lot of dust on the shudders and on top of the tiling in the showers.

Great Home with a scenic view
This was one of the best properties I've stayed at in recent times.
To start off, the host was very easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had during the booking process.
The home was very well maintained and as shown in the pictures. It was clean, in a very quiet neighborhood and with amazing views all around. We were a huge family with infants and toddlers and the house catered to everyone's needs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will certainly look forward to re-booking this house again when we visit LA.

Spacious VRBO with all the amenities
We rented this house for my daughter’s graduation from UCR and it suited our needs perfectly. It was close enough to the freeway but also tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. [the surrounding streets looked a little sketchy at first but Shadow Rock development was great - the house faces this amazing GIANT rock!].
The house was well equipped with lots of amenities in the kitchen. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot, microwave, stove/oven, cookie sheets and even some spices, sugar, and flour. Nice size fridge.
There was a very nice BBQ in the backyard that we did use but the propane tank was empty so we did have to fill that before grilling. There is a spacious backyard that has a big patio table and chairs; cushions for the chairs would have made it even better. The backyard could definitely use at least some modest landscaping (currently it is pavers and weeds along the edges). It is a diamond in the rough!
The upstairs master bedroom is HUGE and there’s a massive walk-in closet that is the size of a bedroom! :)
All the bedrooms were really nice and linens and towels were good. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with hair dryers which was a bonus. The upstairs has a big ‘play room’ section that would be good for kids or teens to hang out. There is a two car garage.
We had trouble with the dishwasher one day (tripped GFI) and the host was super helpful resolving it for us. Great customer service - thank you!
