The home was very clean, fully furnished. The host was accessible and responsive to questions (we couldn't get the main TV to work and he sent someone to help immediately). We loved the BBQ /Pizza restaurant right outside the home...delish! The pool was wonderful. Highly recommend this home and host. We did not travel with our pet but would love to if we return.

This place accommodated our family of 7 very well with a clean kitchen and 2 very nice bathrooms plus living space. The Gulf sunset view was amazing and the pool was a perfect way for our girls to enjoy the Florida sunshine during the day. Highly recommend Lick It BBQ for dining as well; the food was great and it shares the property so we just walked out the back door to dinner!

Everything exceeded our expectations at Edgewater Resort. The townhouse was modernly updated and stocked with everything we needed. Raul, the host, and staff, were all very accommodating. The sunsets are something to experience here and make sure you eat at the food trailer and wake up to fresh cuban coffee onsite. We cant wait to come back again!

We didn’t realize this was a duplex… the boat at the end of the dock obstructed our view of sunset and limited our access to the dock and beach which we thought we were paying for to be included. There was a party next to us the first half of our trip, with a bounce house on the little beach for 2 days.

House was perfectly functional, sunset views were stellar, but overall we were a little disappointed in quality. The beach is not nearly as clean as pictured in these photos, the kitchen was missing several basics. We still enjoyed our stay but at this price point we were expecting a notch up.

"We loved our stay! The place was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything we needed (especially the beach towels!). The only downsides were scratchy bath towels and a very small, cave-like downstairs bedroom with no storage. We also heard neighbors on their balcony often, very loud, especially since the balconies are next to each other. Could use some privacy, but would block the beautiful view. People just need to be more respectful of others. Despite these minor issues, it’s a great, clean, comfortable place and we would return."

Beautiful, great location!

We stayed two nights, wish it could have been longer! The location is perfect for doing anything in Marathon or Islamorada and beautiful enough that you also didn't want to leave the property! Everyone we talked to was fantastic, the place was immaculate and well cared for. Great instructions and process for booking, checking in and check out instructions. Absolutely will be back!

Perfect

It was the perfect property for our group of 8. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, the property manager was very friendly as was the staff on the property. The house offered amazing views of the water and had a nice little beach. The restaurant on the property was delicious as well.

To start Raul was very communicative and nice. The property is absolutely amazing and spotless clean. Its a perfect stay in the middle of the keys. You are 1 1/2 hrs away from key west and you are accross a great fishing channel and nearby many other bridge channels. Plus you have on premises a great restaurant " lick it". Don't doubt just book it and im sure you will loce it as we did. Thanks Raul

property is in a great location! It was very busy during Easter weekend but otherwise quite calm. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, the beach just steps away, the pool out front and the yummy food next door. There were workers there almost daily but they explained what they were doing and were very friendly. The washer/dryer was interesting to operate and the downstairs toliet tskes some patience to flush but we adapted. (Run water prior to flushing) It was a great place for 3 generations to enjoy!!!

Spectacular Sunrise and Sunset Views

My family and I truly enjoyed our time there. The process could not be easier for check-in. The code and the address was sent to us with enough time. We arrived to find the property spotless and beautiful. The views facing the beach were breathtaking. We had balconies on each floor. The room fans were a welcomed bonus at the end of our evenings after the beach. The home was pristine and Raul was responsive. We never had an issue with communication when needed. The property manager was so helpful! He was there for any trash pickup or need. Always offering a helping hand. The owner truly created something beautiful here... from the private beach to the tiki Hut and food truck restaurant. We had all these plans to eat everywhere else and ended up eating there almost every meal. The restaurant cooked our fish for us. Grilled and blackened (fried is also an option) and for 16 it came with two sides, how can you beat that?? Anya and her team at the restaurant was on top of everything. They also had a store that saved the day for us on several occasions. We ended up staying beachside for most of our stay. It was wonderful and so relaxing. We'll definitely book again!
