This ground level vacation home has a ninety degree ocean views from your living room window. While the property itself is oceanfront, this specific unit is set back and faces the court. This two bedroom unit sleeps four and can be rented with the second level five bedroom VRBO 665459 that sleeps fourteen and/or another two bedroom.Ocean front unit 732960. This unit does not come with its own parking space. Public parking is available on Mission Blvd. on a first come basis.
Sit inside or on the outside patio of one of the larger properties in desirable south Mission Beach, and enjoy as you watch the world go by. This charming two bedroom unit sleeps up to four, bedroom one has a king bed and bedroom two has two twins. The kitchen is well equipped. The large shared patio is set up with a minimum of 3 gas BBQ's, It has three picnic tables with umbrellas, and plenty of seating area for sunbathing, reading or just relaxing.
There are plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and a few bikes on a first come basis.

Great location!

Can’t beat location. We had a wonderful stay, the hosts were excellent. Location was great for a home base, walking distance to food and entertainment in addition to being right on the beach!

Great location

Stayed for 5 days. Fantastic location. Property is not "fancy" but it's clean and we'll appointed. Kitchen is better stocked than most and we had no problem making most of our meals there during our stay. I've recommended this property to friends and would stay there again

Absolutely Perfect

Our family of 4 (kids: 7 & 9) just loved our stay here. The home was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The unit was quiet and well situated. The outside area was spacious and the view/beach access just could not be beat. We utilized the many available extras (beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, tandem bikes, volleyballs, beach towels, etc) with ease and truly felt right at home. With washer/dryer access, a dishwasher, coffee maker and all kitchen gadgets you could need, this property was a true star in all the places we've stayed. We loved meeting the owners. They were gracious and inviting. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent stay in Mission Beach

My husband, my best friend and I came to San Diego for a week’s stay. We loved this location. The hosts are wonderful and though they stay on the property, they give you your privacy, but are available if you need them for anything. We loved being able to walk the “boardwalk” and see some of the more action packed places towards Belmont, but we were happy that we weren’t in the middle of the partying. There was a bottle of wine and some chocolates waiting for us on arrival. Within a short walk of a great burrito place. Hosts even went out and found us a parking space on Mission Blvd on our arrival. In actuality parking on Mission was never a problem, we just weren’t watching very well as we were trying to find the condo. Would definitely return!

This unit had everything we needed. Better yet, it had everything we wanted - including a great location, an amazing sitting area along the boardwalk and great hosts. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional

The property is perfect for wanting to be on the beach. The large L shaped patio provides direct access to the beach and the boardwalk. The unit was exceptionally clean, welcoming gifts of water and other items greatly appreciated. If every short-term rental handled business like this property there would not be any complaints ever! We used many of the extra, the bikes, toys, patio etc. you can just show up and enjoy.

Amazing location! Perfect space for our family

We had a great time at Marta and Ben's place. It was a cute old triplex with all the necessary amenities. Also, they had the place well stocked (TP, soap, the works) which is amazing with kids. You're basically on Mission beach with a great view of the water, and perfect walkability to restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome experience

The owners were very nice and friendly, also very helpful. They accomodated the check in and out time according to our flight schedule. The house itself was awesome, very clean, excellent location. Hope to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t Be Better

Ben and Marta are awesome! very responsive hosts, but never overbearing. The location is perfect! And the view by the boardwalk is amazing! We’ve stayed in Mission many different places. North/South of Belmont, Oceanside/Bayside. 1/1 of all Moms agree, this was the best! Thx Ben and Marta :)

March 2022 Spring Break vacation

The condo was very clean and the location near the beach was almost perfect. It is directly under major airplane flight patterns, but they did quiet down at night. The amenities in the apartment were very nice, the bathroom towels were awesome! We were greeted with chocolates, wine and beer! There were bikes, beach chairs, wave boards and other outdoor game options for us to use. The owners are very friendly and attentive, and live onsite so very accessible if needed. We hope to return someday!

AWESOME HOSTS!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The weather did not cooperate, but we still had an amazing time. The location is excellent and don't be scared by the parking situation. It's really no big deal. We had a great time and will definitely be back if this location is available for our next trip. Well stocked with lots of toys for kids.

A delightful home at a stunning beachside location!!

There is nothing but amazing things to say about this property! Marta and Ben were an absolute delight to work with and were nothing but friendly, welcoming and helpful. The home itself was very clean, tastefully decorated and utterly charming, and so comfortable for our 4-day stay. Parking usually required a 5-10 minutes walk, but the location next to the beach was unbeatable. Marta made sure to save us a close parking spot when we arrived to make sure unloading was a breeze. The neighborhood and beach areas were busy during the day but quiet at night so sleeping was not an issue either. We couldn’t have enjoyed the stay more and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the beach in San Diego!!

Mission Bay 💥💥💥💥💥

We stayed at a perfect spot on Mission Bay. Lots of interesting activities on the Beach to watch. Like the Beach walk way to restaurants. The best were our hosts who live on the property. The welcome of early entering to flowers, Godiva dark chocolate , white and red wine, two types of beer and great coffee. Very helpful in getting the Super Bowl to watch. Yea for Marta and Ben

First family vacation!

For our first family vacation this property was perfect. Marta and Ben called to make sure we made it and we’re always available if there was any problems and took care of them right away. Beach chairs, boogie boards and bikes were great to have. Property is just down from Belmont park and shops for easy access to food and fun. Highly recommended and Marta and Ben went above and beyond greeted with flowers fruit and chocolate.

Top notch location and hospitality

Great location in South Mission Beach just steps from the sand. This unit has an ocean view but faces the court (walkway.) This is a plus if you enjoy proximity to the beach but want a quieter experience. The unit is nicely furnished with every supply for cooking and beach going imaginable. Marta and Ben are the TOP VRBO hosts we have encountered in many vacation rental by owner experiences. Generous (wine, beer, bottled water and fresh flowers at checkin) and the nicest people you will meet. We plan to return.

Beautiful Location

We loved our stay at this location and would love to return. The beach is just steps away and Belmont park and several restaurants are nearby. Definitely one of our favorite San Diego vacations. Marta and Ben are very gracious.
