Amazing Brand Nouveau remodelé Beach Bungalow !! Seuls les 40 étapes de la plage, profiter de la terrasse sur le toit de troisiÚme étages avec vue à 360, y compris Pacific Beach, La Jolla et la baie. Prenez tout cela en tant que vous faites cuire sur votre barbecue à gaz en plein air.
À quelques pas de la belle plage de Mission et Ă  proximitĂ© de la baie. Tant la chambre principale et la deuxiĂšme chambre ont des lits queen. Nouveau canapĂ© sectionnel avec dormeur. Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Grand nouveau 55 "4K TV dans le salon, TV dans chaque chambre. Laveuse sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ©. Nouveau comptoir en pierre haut de gamme Ă  travers. Internet haute vitesse sans fil gratuit. Il y a un parking dĂ©signĂ© dans le garage directement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'unitĂ©. LES CHIENS SONT AUTORISÉS avec l'approbation du propriĂ©taire (des frais pour animal de compagnie sont facturĂ©s). Beaucoup de pots, casseroles, plats, tasses de verres Ă  vin, etc ... bien approvisionnĂ©. Le meilleur emplacement parce que nous sommes une maison de la promenade, donc vous obtenez le point de vue sans le grand nombre de personnes qui marchent devant votre maison. À quelques pas de la baie. Promenez-vous Ă  Belmont Park, le parc d'attractions de Mission Beach pleine de plaisir et d'activitĂ©s pour tous. Aussi trĂšs proche des restaurants, des bars, des magasins et du Crystal Pier. Le meilleur rapport qualitĂ©-prix dans la belle Mission / Pacific Beach de San Diego.

We had a great vacation! Amazing location with so much to do without driving. Loved the rooftop deck after a long day at the beach. Fausto was great and provided everything we needed. We hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location couldn’t be better — so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Having beach equipment and kids’ toys available in the garage was such a thoughtful touch and made our trip so much easier. Parking access was also a big plus.A few small things could make the stay even better — having a larger amount of extra linens and towels on hand, as well as a vacuum would be really helpful since sand tends to come in easily being so close to the beach.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again! :)

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely return! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand with both the front door and garage facing Strandway. It’s also within easy walking distance to coffee, pastries, restaurants, bars, and groceries, and you can stroll north to Konos or south to Belmont. The house itself is cute, clean, and the perfect size for around 4 people. We loved the Roku TVs, comfortable couch, and the ice-cold AC with units upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs patio was a favorite spot with sunset views and a peek of the ocean. The garage fit our small SUV and included a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and toys. The owner, Fausto, was excellent—very responsive and kind. When we arrived, the door codes didn’t work, but he answered right away and resolved it immediately. A couple of notes: there was no propane for the BBQ, and most items in the garage were pretty rusty. That said, this property checked all of my must-haves—location, AC, designated parking, and a private rooftop deck. Overall, clean, comfortable, and an amazing spot by the beach. We would happily stay here again!

Great location but needs a deep cleaning, sofa sleeper needs to be replaced very uncomfortable, mattress pads replaced, dishwasher needs attention only used it for a drying rack, main thing rental badly needs cleaning!! Hosted offered to send someone later that day we checked in to clean. It didn’t work because we had everything and everything in already.

Loved the location of this property! Close to so many great restaurants and very close to the ocean! The rooftop patio was great! We did not use the washing machine or cook in the kitchen so I can’t comment on the use of those items.

Everything you need within steps from the beach. Fast response times from the property manager/owner. A TV went out during our stay and was replaced same day. Our family would stay here again.

This place is just steps to the beach!! Great location and cute little place with a fun roof too with a grill and table all set up!! Would definitely stay here again.

Location was easy access to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Could not figure out how to use the coffeemaker and the wifi was not strong.

Discrepancies

We found that the location was great, but the property needs some repairs. There were light bulbs burnt out, many of the outlets in the kitchen area didn't work, batteries in some of the remotes for the lighting needed to be replaced and you probably shouldn't use the washer.

Great beach house

Family visit to San Diego. This house was a great location to enjoy the beach and also a short drive to downtown. Love the rooftop patio in the morning.

Mission Beach Condo

The location was greagt. The garage door opener did not work when we arrived and did not get fixed until the next day. There was no table or chairs in kitchen. We founda a card table and chairs in the garage and we had to use. The coffee pot did not work but owner did offer to bring over another one. Beds were comfortable but hthere were no dressers in front bedroom.

Property needs a lot of love

While the location of this rental is great, there is little else to recommend it. It appears not to have been maintained in years, and the furnishings are lacking. - Paint is worn, patched and peeling. - A panel of unfinished drywall is screwed into the ceiling. It is not flush, not primed, not painted. - Stairs have gouges out of them - Stair rail is not attached to the wall, sits about an inch away - Six chairs on rooftop outdoor space are rusted and broken, piled in a corner along with two rusty propane tanks for grill. - Grill was caked with grime - There is no dining table by the kitchenette. The only place to eat indoors is at the coffee table in front of the couch. - The light fixture that would be for a dining table is dangling by electrical wires. - The bed in the master bedroom sags deeply, we couldn’t use it - There are no side tables next to the bed in the master bedroom - The ac while cool doesn’t have vents to the bedroom. To get cool air, doors must be open so there’s no privacy - The only outdoor space is up two narrow flights of stairs from the kitchen, and the door handle needs maintenance or replacement - Blinds in the master bedroom are threadbare and broken with holes - There is a non-working, stacked, rusty washer and dryer with wood rot near the base in the downstairs bathroom. (Working washer and dryer are in the garage) - WiFi didn’t work initially. It took 2 days to get working. - Kitchen sink drains poorly

The rooftop terrace with table and grill is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset while BBQing or enjoying your favorite drink.
