Located in a gated community. View the lakes from the balcony and steps to the heated community pool/spa and shared gas BBQ grill.

Garage parking for 1 vehicle, guest parking available - Max 4 people

FREE WiFi - utilities included in this Fully furnished condo which includes linens, towels and starter supplies.
Kitchen is well stocked.
Clean fee is $200 and HOA now charges $25 tenant registration fee. Damage insurance mandatory.

SMART TV's in both bedrooms along with the living area.

Near many Golf Courses (Superstition Springs Golf next door!!), restaurants, fast foods, grocery stores, Starbucks, Superstition Springs Mall and even Harkins 25 Theater - so close for all your needs.

It was a beautiful condo with everything you could ask for. Very comfortable, really appreciated the garage and laundry. Plenty of restaurants and grocery nearby. Would come back!

Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden! Tolle Wohnung mit einer super Aufteilung und je Schlafzimmer eigenem Bad. So konnte jeder seine PrivatsphÀre haben und sich aber auch im gemeinsamen Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich treffen.Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber ausreichend. Leider hatten wir Pech und er war eine Woche wegen Reinigungsarbeiten geschlossen.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war bestens! Wir können diese Unterkunft ausnahmslos weiter empfehlen!

Beautiful, comfortable and super convenient location

Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Tastefully decorated..Very responsive property manager. We had everything we needed, even high quality toilet paper! And it has a garage.We would definitely stay there again.

Nice area and complex. Recommended.

The condo complex was a very nice property in a great area. The condo was in very good condition when we arrived. I had to do a little dusting around the living room TV area and the stair ledge, but it only took a couple of minutes. The rest of the condo was very clean and tidy. The furniture was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have some extra towels and laundry supplies. We would stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you so much!

Mesa stay

Great location for relaxing. Condo was well maintained and easy to check in to. Lots of activities nearby, and plenty of food and grocery choices within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay!

The condo is in a quiet location but has easy access to major highways, shopping and dining. There are numerous restaurants located right across the street, an easy 5 (or less) minute walk. Cubs spring training a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic, but an easy trip. The unit itself is spacious, clean, updated and well-equipped. Contact with the property manager was very good, she responded to email quickly. No complaints at all, and would definitely consider for any future visits.

Superstition Springs Condo

We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this was the best one yet. Clean, more kitchen amenities than any other and great communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

Family in Mesa

This unit is a bit dated, but in fine shape and provides larger spaces than you might find in newer units. It had everything you need. Mattresses get A+. Bedrooms were large. The little balcony is in the shade for the most part, and I enjoyed walking around the lakes in the morning. The complex was quiet during my early November stay. The pool is small, but that didn't matter to me. It is well located for the interstate, main arteries in Mesa, and lots of stores/restaurants are in the area. It is a place for a short or long stay. I would definitely go back.
