We especially loved the back yard view of this property. Spent a good amount of time watching the ships go by in the St Lawrence River. The house itself was a little outdated but had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We love this pet friendly cottage located right on the river between Alex Bay and Clayton. The cottage is clean and comfortable and quiet and the grounds are spectacular.

Nice and clean when we arrived. No heat, but plug in heaters were provided. The driveway is difficult but we managed. Incredible view with much wildlife and many boats and ships very close. We would stay there again.

I told Chuck that I didn't want to leave a good review as the place is already rented through 2027! We had a hiccup our first weekend but it was resolved early Monday morning while Chuck was in constant contact throughout ....nice owner and very easy to talk to which I feel is important as we travel quite a bit and that is not always the case....read all the other reviews as I can't add anything different ....Thanks again for a great week Chuck....hope to see the river again in 2028!
