Ce ranch avec vue sur la rivière est situé sur une impasse tranquille. Avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, 6-8 personnes profiteront de tout le confort de la maison. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon principal. L'air central récemment ajouté pour la fraîcheur estivale et une chaudière à air chaud forcé pour la chaleur hivernale vous réconforteront en toute saison. Le foyer au propane contribuera à l’ambiance romantique. Alors que sur le pont, vous pouvez vous détendre sur les meubles de pont confortables. Il y a une clôture blanche pour protéger un chien ou des enfants pendant qu'ils jouent. Beaucoup d'espace de stationnement pour les véhicules. Le bordereau de quai peut gérer un bateau jusqu’à trente pieds. L'alimentation à quai, l'eau courante chaude et froide sont disponibles pour vos besoins en navigation. Beautiful spot on the river

I've stayed at Robert's house a number of times over the years, and it's always been the perfect place for visiting Clayton and spending time with family. Conveniently located near beautiful "downtown" Clayton, while also having a private space with great views of the river.

We had a relaxing time at this home. Had a lovely dinner our first night on the deck with the view of the water. Great neighborhood, very quiet. Perfect spot to walk around as well. Home was just as described and very clean! Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Clayton cottage

Everything was wonderful from the view, cleanliness, and location. The yard was perfect for our dogs. They enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The beds were very comfortable and can't express how clean we thought the place was. We would definitely stay here again....

Nice house

The house and property is great. We enjoyed the sitting area, kitchen and deck. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. Our only criticism is that the beds were too hard.

Im very sorry to hear that you thought the beds were to firm for your liking. I have never had someone concerned about the comfort of the mattresses. I have had people say the thought the beds were very comfortable. This was the first visitors of the season, so no one has slept in the beds since December. That may have been the reason for any firmness. Thanks for your visit.

Peaceful Beautiful View!

The home was perfect for our group (5 adults) and we had our fur children with us too (3 dogs!). We chose days where the weather was perfect too and enjoyed all of the outdoor accommodations on the large deck. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful time and the property is beautiful. Great view of the river. Clayton is such a nice little town with great shopping and eats. I felt perfectly at home preparing Thanksgiving dinner and the layout was also perfect for watching football. Overall, we loved the house, the location and certainly hope to stay again!

The host Robert was so responsive and any questions we asked he was quick to respond and was so accommodating. The house is set up perfectly. The kitchen had all of the utensils and items and even additional things that we wouldn’t have expected. The beds were super comfortable And having the two full baths was awesome for our family. The view from the deck was gorgeous on the river and it was centrally located between Clayton and Alex Bay. I would highly recommend this house for a rental for a family or for just some friends. I hope to be back soon

We rented this place with friends. We all absolutely loved the house and the location! The hosts were very friendly and always available if needed. The house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Clayton NY

Clean and accomodating

Five adults and two dogs enjoyed a nice long weekend (Oct 6 - 9) at this VERY clean house. Very comfortable staying at this house and can't think of anything else we needed that would have made our stay any better.
