The Space:

Welcome to your waterfront escape at Picnic Point, perfectly positioned to make the most of relaxed Maroochydore living. This spacious three-bedroom apartment features beautiful Maroochy River views, open-plan living and a private balcony where you can sit back and enjoy the waterfront setting.



The open-plan living area features a large comfortable couch and Smart TV, with expansive glass doors framing the river outlook and allowing the coastal breeze to flow through the apartment. Slide the doors open to connect the living space with the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water.



The private balcony features a BBQ and outdoor lounge, creating an easy space for relaxed afternoons and meals outdoors while taking in the river views.



Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning brew. The adjoining dining area provides plenty of space for everyone to gather together.



A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is also available for guests needing to catch up on work during their stay.

Bedroom 3: Ideal for children or additional guests, this bedroom features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single bed above, along with a ceiling fan.



Bathroom 2: The apartment features a second bathroom for guests staying in Bedrooms 2 and 3.



Additional features include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, basement parking and lift access to the apartment, which is located on the first floor.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and balcony throughout their stay.



You’ll also have access to the shared swimming pool within the apartment complex.



Basement parking is available, with lift access providing easy access to the first-floor apartment.



Please note that the swimming pool and common areas are shared with other guests and residents of the complex.

*The swimming pool and common areas are shared with other residents and guests, so we kindly ask that these spaces are enjoyed respectfully.
