Large home for our family. Main bedroom is very nice. The spa is an added attraction. Plenty of firewood to keep the house warm. Pet friendly for our labrador. Close to the city and attractions.

Rooms were absolutely impeccably clean and the house was very comfy and easy to get around. The host was extremely communicative and helpful when we had questions. The spa pool was in lifesaver at the end of each day. And the kayaks were very easy to get into the lake and we had glorious kayaking experiences. The place was extremely friendly for a medium sized dog. Home was very close to town and really enjoyed our stay. When we go back to Rotorua, we will definitely go back to this home.

Perfect for three couples. Linen and bathrooms super clean and tidy. Enough comfy couches and space for everyone. If you are foodies and like to cook your meals, the kitchen and bbq equipment are very basic, host super responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Large house with spacious rooms and common areas. Hot tub was awesome and easy to use. View of the lake was good and deck was wonderful. Lots of room for a family of two adults and two adult children to enjoy. Supper location to explore all in Rotorua and all the fun stuff to do.

Lovely home and enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet area and garden area. Enjoyed the amenities especially firewood supply, heating options. Just a quick mention that the jets on the spa pool aren’t working properly, or at all at times, the window in the master bedroom behind the headboard we couldn’t close, quite a tricky door to open the house but aside these minor issues a great location and home thank you

We stayed for the weekend, brought the whole family, dogs included. So cozy enjoyed the hot tube, wood burner and so close to the lake but still close to town, Definitely stay again :)

Suited our family group well. Managed to park 3 cars, a boat and a trailer in the driveway. Was a good central location for getting to town and out to the lakes. Lovely private garden.

Great location

Very convenient and comfortable stay. The beds are comfy, the house is warm with a fire we enjoyed and electric blankets on the beds. Only 5-10 mins an away from the CBD and local activities. Highly recommend 😊

Homely feeling

Communication with our host was great and self check-in allowed us to check-in when we got to the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the house felt very homely and catered to all our needs during our stay. The beds were comfortable with the electric blankets providing added warmth and comfort after outings.
