Welcome to Adventure Haven, your perfect base for exploring Rotorua! This cozy and family-friendly home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, bike shed & tools and a large deck to relax after a day of adventure. Ideally located near top attractions like Waipa Mountain Bike Hub, geothermal parks, and only 100m from the famous Guidoughs Bakery. It's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike!

The space
The master bedroom features a queen bed and plenty of space to unwind. The second bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with two comfortable king single beds. A portacot is available anytime for families traveling with little ones.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including essential pantry items like oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. A separate, newly renovated laundry with a washer and dryer makes it easy to handle all your washing needs during your stay.

The living room, with its stunning original Tawa flooring, opens onto a spacious deck through a large sliding door – the perfect spot for outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Comfortable beanbags are available for lounging on the deck.

Inside, a heat pump keeps the entire house warm, and additional heaters are on hand for those extra-chilly evenings. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available, perfect if you need some downtime after your adventures.

Outside, the secure garage offers safe storage for bikes and toys, complete with basic bike workshop tools for biking enthusiasts. You’ll also find a selection of lawn games for a bit of outdoor fun. The garden is full of fruit trees, including rhubarb, strawberries, blueberries, feijoas, mandarins, lemons, limes, apples, nectarines, and fresh herbs – help yourself to whatever is in season during your stay.

We've got the baby essentials covered too with a comfortable port-a-cot, high chair, books and toys and some easy to use kitchenware.

Perfectly located in Rotorua, the house is just 4km from town and 3km from the Waipa Mountain Bike hub - an easy and scenic ride along the Hemo Gorge Trail. Whether you’re here for outdoor adventures or a quiet escape, our home provides the ideal base for your visit.

This was a brilliant little place for our group of 4 children and 2 adult MTB'ers. Heaps of space in the garage to store bikes, great outdoor grass and deck space for chilling. The house itself has been really well redecorated, and has everything you'll generally need. Absolutely recommend!

Very tidy and clean, was no dish cloth so we had to go and buy some. The neighbours were noisy at 7am on a Sunday morning and their dog barked during the night and early in the morning, so they were yelling to tell the dog off.

Sufficient for 1 night for 4 of us. No dishwashing liquid or a blind on the bathroom. The basics were supplied.It was clean & tidy.Nice front area.was enough for us. Only the bas

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love being so close to the Waipa entrance of Whakarewarewa forest. You can bike Hemo Gorge trail to get there in just 10 minutes. There's loads of trails for walking, running, or mountain biking - not to mention a little place called Secret Spot, home to a shiny dip and coffee or beer when you are all adventured out.

Springfield is a lovely neighbourhood - the local school has epic playgrounds and a sandpit that it is available to the community outside of school hours. The local (and we mean local like a 100m away) bakery does a pretty delicious cinnamon scroll, or pie, and the local dairy recently started serving scoop ice cream! In our humble opinion, Devon Street Fish and Chips is the best fish and chips in town and is only a 2 minute drive - but be sure to order 45 minutes ahead of time.

Everywhere is close in Rotorua but it's a short 5 minute drive to town if you want to head out for dining, or check out the waterfront and it's epic playground for kids.

It's the indoor-outdoor flow for us. There are huge sliding doors that open out onto a deck, perfect for enjoying summer and spring days. Plus a separate lockable garage to store toys with a few bike tools to make maintenance easy.
