Great Place

Would definitely stay here again. Loved location and perfect setup for elderly parents. Recommend including soap/body wash in showers. Also, agree with other reviewer that couch was uncomfortable, and another chair would be helpful for kitchen table.

This is our second time staying. We recommended different couch (more comfortable) and extra seating for the kitchen table. Both were there for our second stay! This is an excellent place for seniors. And, the neighborhood is very special.We recommend taping or securing the rug to the floor. It would ride up when we backed out of the table chairs. We also recommend having a real person other than Evolve as the main contact with VRBO. Evolve is not a real person and does not respond to messages per request (for example, needed check-in instructions by email not phone).

Almost perfect!

The house was set is a beautiful neighborhood and provided plenty of room for our 5 adults and 13/11 yo. Will say we didn’t have enough towels/washcloths for 7 (had enough for 6) but made do. TP had to be used carefully ;). The LR furniture was cute but not practical for average sized adults. “Barbie furniture” :) Glad we brought our own coffee pods since all 5 of us drink 1-2 cups each morning. The home was nice and provided a nice place to stay while we visited the area for a family graduation. I’d recommend it.

Clean and comfortable home in great location

My family and I stayed here for two months while we were waiting to move into our new house. We were very comfortable here and the house had everything we needed during our long stay--four bedrooms with comfortable beds, two large, clean bathrooms, laundry with full-size washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, large family room, high-speed wifi, and a large fenced-in yard for our dog. Our favorite features of the house were the large windows that let in a lot of natural light and a great front porch to sit on, relax, and converse with the friendly neighbors. The house is well-maintained and in a great location in the middle of Warrenton. It's an easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, or a short drive to other restaurants and grocery stores in town. There is also easy access to Rtes. 211, 29/15, and 17 which makes traveling to local wineries, hiking, and other attractions very easy to get to. Despite it's central location, the neighborhood itself is very quiet since this house is located on a side street. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a weekend getaway or longer rental!
