At the Cozy Countryside Cottage we strive to make your vacation great! From the perfect distance from Warrenton, Culpeper, Sperryville, The Inn at Little Washington, Skyline Drive AND The Shenandoah River you couldn’t find a better spot! There’s many wineries and breweries near by to enjoy as well and many state parks for the whole family! (Shenandoah National is my favorite!) Luray and Shenandoah Caverns are a must see! We strive to provide the best experience possible so please reach out with any questions or concerns!

Another comfortable, convenient stay! Perfect for me and my leash-reactive dog, who needs to be walked where there aren't many other people around. Also very quiet there, so we always sleep well!

Nice and cozy! The sheets and towels smelled amazing! Good proximity for what we needed to visit family. Even the toilet paper was nice, not the normal super cheap one ply you find in some rentals. Will definitely look this place up again when we visit family in the future!

I HIGHLY recommend this place. It is very clean, quiet and private. It is pet friendly too. Whether it’s your overnight stay or longer, it is wonderful. The bed is very comfortable too. Nice size washer dryer room off the kitchen. When you first walk in you can smell the fresh clean aroma; the detail of cleanliness is great. The host is very kind and responsive. I have stayed here many times and recently I showed up a day early due to my error. The host came out to speak with us and accommodated us with respect, kindness and patience.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this cute and cozy spot. Very convenient for exploring Northern Virginia, from Shenandoah National Park, to Leesburg, Culpeper, Manassas, and beyond. Check-in was very easy and Jimmie, our host, was very friendly and responsive.

The Amissville apartment is lovely. With a separate entrance and code entry system, we were allowed a flexible checkin/arrival. The location is great, centrally located near everything we planned to do and convenient to more local establishments like an Irish Pub. Immediately, we noticed how clean the apartment is. Even the baseboards and shower corners were scrubbed free of debris. The kitchen is fully functional, including a coffee pot and full-sized refrigerator. The bed linens are very nice, with clean, non-lumpy pillows. The mattress is a firm memory foam that was super comfortable, especially after a long day of hiking. The temperature was cozy, but not hot. There is a nice, heavy-duty space heater to add a bit of extra warmth when needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the area for a weekend or even longer.

Nice Cozy Stay

The Cozy Apartment was a nice little stay for our trip to the area including great vineyards, great restaurant (Claire's) in Warrenton, and a great experience in one of our nation's best National Parks - Shenandoah National Park.

Great Location

This property is exactly as pictured and described. The host was accommodating and responsive. If I am back in the area I would stay here again. The location to many area attractions is perfect.

For a few days of peace, quiet, and comfort, you can't beat this property. This was my second stay, and I'll definitely be back.

Good location for visiting national park

My partner and I stayed here to visit Shenandoah National Park and it was a great location that is very close to the park. The host gave us privacy and there was a separate entrance into the space.

Pet and people friendly

The keyless check in worked well. Jimmie was able to accommodate our family of 3 adults and two dogs in this warm, clean and comfy apartment. It proved to be a perfect resting spot for us while visiting friends and family for Thanksgiving.

Decent place to stay!

Comfortable bed and nice shower! Also, great that there was a laundry room. There was pet hair on the loveseat and a couple throw blankets, but otherwise fairly clean. Jimmie was very helpful when making the reservation!

Another relaxing stay

This is my 4th review of this wonderful spot! I cooked from scratch for the first time and found that the kitchen had everything I needed, from a measuring cups, to pots and pans, to olive oil and spices. Another highlight of this house is the amazingly comfortable bed and the fact that it's dog friendly. Love coming here!

Comfy, Clean, Good Location

The apartment was easy to find and as described with a comfy bed, cozy living room and adequate kitchen we did not need to use.There appeared to be an air mattress in the closet. Yard and deck were very nice and the host even offered to build a fire for us which was kind..but we were out very late dining at INN at Little Washington (reason for our visit).

Trip to the Solheim Cup

My husband and I were in the area for the Solheim Cup in Gainesville. We liked the location as we did not have to be near the center of everything. The space was everything we needed and was very comfortable. We like to eat in for some meals so we don't have to eat out every time. We would consider staying here again if we wanted to explore the area more.

3rd time was a charm!

My third time staying at this property was as excellent as the first two. One of the things I love about staying here is that I don't have to bring much "extra" with me; from shampoo and conditioner, to spices, to laundry detergent, Jimmie has really thought of everything guests might need. Can't wait for my next stay!
