Easy beach stay

Mandy’s place was welcoming and cosy and perfect for an easy beach getaway. Lots of fans for warm nights and being able to open up all the windows was so lovely. So close to the beach and corner store. Highly recommend!

Kiwiana bach

Perfect for a short stay. Only negatives for us were the sandflies and mosquitoes but a candle repellent took care of that. Loved all the arts & crafts! Mandy was very prompt in getting back to us re any queries and was very obliging

Perfect Kiwi bach experience

Perfect spot to relax for a weekend away from the city. The house is incredibly charming, we loved all the tasteful crafts and art. Early morning swims in the crystal clear water at Whangapoua then around the rocks to New Chums for the afternoon. Stunning weather, beautiful bird song, I can't recommend this place enough. We will be back for sure. Paradise!

Beautiful location

This bach is super cute and in a perfect location for New Chums Beach and exploring the Coromandel. The house itself is very retro which I love, but that extends to old beds and appliances etc so be aware of that when booking.

Beautiful part of Coromandel, walking distance to beach and an easy drive to other areas - Hahei, Whitianga, hot water beach. House was suited to our needs 2 adults & 4 children. Friendly & timely communication from host. Overall a fantastic holiday.

A frame beauty

We had a wonderful family holiday at this property. Great for a family - lots of room for kids to run around and close to the beach. The house is a delight - a traditional kiwi a frame with much of the original decor. It’s not fancy but it has a lovely, relaxed feel and is very clean. We are looking forward to staying here again for sure. Thanks for sharing your beautiful family holiday space with us!

Great kiwi bach holiday at a fabulous beach

Thanks Mandy for another lovely holiday. We came back for another summer break as this is a great bach to kick back and relax, sit on the deck in the sun in the morning and shade in the hot afternoon (or continue to enjoy the afternoon sun on the back deck), and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Unable to stay

Unfortunately our stay didn’t happen due to the cyclone 😔 We were sooo looking forward to being at the bach too, after reading the great reviews.
