A special property with sea views and overlooking the hills. The high stud ceilings and the indoor out
living create the ultimate sanctuary, and the perfect accompaniment to the serene, laid back beach atmosphere. A stunning location for your family and friends holiday. Clean modern comfortable house in a great location with walking distance to the beach and 30-45 minute walk to New Chums beach. Tennis courts are available locally and 15 min drive to Matarangi golf course
Sleeps 9 persons with layout of 1 bedroom upstairs with bathroom (shower). 1 queen bed, and 1queen bed with a single bed , and 1 room with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 1 large deck with extensive sea views as an extension of the open plan living space on the first floor. 1 balcony with BBQ off the main bedroom with views of the hills (first floor) . A deck off the 3 bedrooms downstairs. Table tennis in the house garage. 2 full fridges. property large enough to accommodate two families. Linen can be provided on request $15 per person, Local shop which carries most things and meals.

Be advised that you need to present an id before you make the booking.

*Property sleeps total 9 people but above 5 guests extra charges would be applied per person per night.

What a great holiday location. Great views, house layout, amenities etc. We've stayed in several places at Whangapoua over the years. This place is the best so far. Hope to stay here again. Lovely getaway

Good property and location. House was as advertised, short walk to the beach, few cockroachs and bugs but it was summer and nothing a spray wouldn't fix. Location was great, beach not crowded at all and family friendly.

Sorry you found the beach too far away. Prehaps you missed the walkway three houses along - total distance 300 mtres away.. prehaps i should advise guests of the walkway.

Unbelievable experience!

A group of friends and I stayed at the property over the new-year period and had the best time. The property has a true Bach feel, and the deck at the backside of the property provides great ocean views! A great week, enjoyed by all - would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful views

We had a lovely stay and are planning on returning. The views from upstairs are beautiful. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and a short stroll to the store. It’s a typical kiwi Bach that is well equipped. Just needs a few tweaks and the property will be great.

Great location

Great location, has great view and a beautiful house overall. Biggest let down was the cleanliness. Could do with an upgrade on the bedding and the washing machine, had to bucket the water in the washing machine on rinse.

i am sorry you did not have a good experience at our lovely house. I inspected house prior to your visit and it was spotless mind you i did not look under all of the beds. .We are very happy with our cleaner. I wish you had contacted us re the washing machine and would have got someone around to fix the problem which I believe was working prior to your visit. Hope you have a better experience another time you visit Whangapous.

Perfect Paradise

Nestled in Whangapoua where classic kiwi batches exist and there’s nothing but the beach and a convenience store. The place accommodates people perfectly, spacious living areas, ping pong room, plenty of games to play, bbq, and beach views!! Minutes walk to the beach and epic location to beach hop around all the hot spots of the top of coromandel. Communication with Jill was easy and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.
