2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Walk into this third-floor Port O’ Call condo and you’ll instantly feel the shift — the screened-in porch opens up from both the living room and bedroom, drawing in the salt air and the sound of the ocean. When the view calls for more, head up the spiral staircase to the rooftop where superb ocean views stretch out in every direction, all day long.

Inside, settle into the comfortable living space — a leather sectional sofa with a pull-out sleeper, an eat-in kitchen fully stocked for cooking in, and a king-size bed for restful nights with ocean breezes drifting through. It’s a condo that’s equal parts relaxed and refined, the perfect home base for exploring everything the Isle of Palms has to offer.

Port O’ Call is located within Wild Dunes, giving guests easy access to the oceanfront community pool, the beach, golf, bike trails, spa, and the restaurants and shops of IOP, Sullivan’s Island, and historic Charleston just 30 minutes away.

🏊 Pool Access

Port O’ Call C302 guests have exclusive access to the Port O’ Call oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!
