Préparez votre petit-déjeuner dans la cuisine entièrement rénovée, dotée de superbes comptoirs en granit et d'appareils en acier inoxydable, et dégustez-la sur votre véranda tout en écoutant les vagues s'écraser sur le rivage. Passez la matinée sur la plage, à deux pas de votre porte, avant de revenir vous baigner dans la piscine de Port O ’Call Villas!

Détendez-vous au cours de l'après-midi dans votre luxueux salon avec ses grandes fenêtres offrant une vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique. Votre somptueuse chambre sera votre oasis nocturne; le son de l'oc��an et votre ventilateur de plafond vous endormiront. Needs better kitchen supplies and a firmer mattress and an overall update. But overall is livable. Just a lot of $$ to pay for poor outdated bathroom and lighting, poor outdoor porch furniture etc..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was good. Very close the beach. The TV’s need to addressed. There needs to instructions how to use them. They both used xfinity but one was a smart tv and the other wasn’t. You had to select the correct input mode and they weren’t identified by name, and the channel menu was different. Lastly they were both unplugged and it was aggravating to find that out plus we had to move furniture to plug them in. There are no ceiling fans in the bedroom or living room and they could get stuffy. I would only recommend the condo if these are addressed.

Bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs the caulk removed around the floor of the shower is peeling and looks dirty. It needs to be grouted not caulked. The bathroom has a small hole in the wall and desperately needs a coat of paint. And a towel bar is definitely needed. If the bathroom could be taken care of (which would take any good handy man less than a day)I would rent this place again, otherwise-not.

We like the Port O' Call floor plan especially the large screened in porch. Nice furniture.However, someone needs to take an inventory of the kitchen. We had to buy more silverware, a hot pad, knife sharpener, can opener and measuring cups.Also, whoever did the caulking in the shower should be ashamed. Not only did they do a terrible job, but used bright white on a brown tile.

Great Beach Property

This property is as advertised. It is an older property but has no significant issues. The proximity to beach and pool areas are the best part of it along with the patio with beach breezes and a great view. It is within wild dunes so car or bike travel is required to reach downtown IOP or shopping areas. We were aware of all this so the booking met our needs perfectly as we were focused on beach and pool time, not being out on the island.

Listing said kitchen updated, that was hard to believe. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. I actually sat on a pillow so I could stand it! Had trouble with the Roku TV but finally figured it out!
