The home is ocean oriented inside Sea Pines Resort and only 7 rows from the beach. The beach path is accessible from the side yard .....no street to cross and less than 3 minutes to the beach at a very casual walking pace!

3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms all on the first floor and a loft with 4 twin beds upstairs! Large Private Pool! We have a Large Beach Wagon, 6-8 Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Beach Toys, Cooler, Pool Toys/Floats are available for all our guest!

The house has been renovated in 2018, 2021 and trees removed in 2024 allowing more sun on the pool deck and less leaves in the pool. It is located in the beautiful Resort Community of Sea Pines in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

The house features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the 1st floor and a loft on 2nd level. There are 2 primary bedrooms with King size beds with private bathrooms attached, 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a hallway access full bath, and 4 Twin beds in the loft area. Each bedroom features a 35 inch flat LCD TV with access to the internet. Secure, high speed WiFi is available throughout the house. A spacious living room with a 65" flat screen wall mounted HDTV (Spectrum cable/ Roku) opens to a patio with outdoor furniture, pool lounges and gas grill; just a perfect place to relax after a full day at the beach, biking, golfing or planing tennis.

The community offers world class golf (3 golf courses), tennis, water sports, dolphin watching, 14 miles of biking trails, long sand beach, two marinas (South Beach and Harbour Town), Lawton Stables, Forest Preserve with fishing area, fine and casual dining, shopping, free Sea Pines Trolley.

Enjoy the tranquil setting on the completely rebuilt backyard patio as you dip into the spacious backyard pool (heat will be offered before Memorial and after Labor Day. Additional weekly fees for pool heat). ask for a quote. *NOTE, IF YOU WANT PAY FOR POOL HEAT, THE HOT TUB WILL NOT BE HOTTER THAN THE POOL AND THE JETS WILL BE DISABLED.
There is no extra fee to heat the spa only. You will love the open living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops that allow you to whip up some wonderful beach cuisine. Enjoy the great collection of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker, mixer, blender, slow cookers in addition to white dishes, heavy flatware, cookware, baking pans, glasses, and more.

Parking: There is room in the driveway for 4 vehicles and with 2 parking spaces. Passes must be obtained directly at either gate at a cost of $20 weekly (new price effective 2022).

It is important that our guests are completely comfortable when they come to our house, and I will be available to answer questions and help in any way possible.
