La grange est moderne et autonome, nichée dans les collines au-dessus de la baie de Blueskin, à seulement 15 minutes de Dunedin. Profitez de la tranquillité de votre environnement rural et d'une vue imprenable, tout en profitant des plages locales, du café-nurserie, de la galerie d'art et de l'écosanctuaire.

La grange est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer. Il est niché dans un isolement total, entouré de brousse, de terres agricoles et de chants d'oiseaux enchanteurs.

Le logement est indépendant de la maison principale, il n'y a donc pas de partage des équipements et une intimité totale est garantie. Une deuxième chambre (pour 2) est disponible sur demande.

The barn was beautiful with spectacular views from the upstairs bedroom. It had all the amenities we needed and our host Alan was fabulous (along with his two canine assistants who were equally charming).

The Barn

This Bookabach surpassed our expectations- it is the best bookabach we have stayed in. Fabulous setting- so peaceful and Alan our host was very welcoming. Our dog Ruby loved the stay too. We will be back . Highly recommend.

A great short 2 night stay with our two little dogs. It was easy to find and not far out of Dunedin, with great views. We received a warm welcome from the hosts (and enjoyed seeing the chickens, pig and sheep close by). We loved the fire too! Thanks.

Great Getaway

We had such a wonderful stay at The Barn. Don’t let the name fool you as this is a lovely, modern, well-appointed space. The hosts were terrific and we enjoyed meeting all their animals, including Arnold the pig! The place is secluded, 2 miles up a dirt road, but only a 20 minute drive into Dunedin. Nice local restaurant also just a few minute drive away.

We arrived in heavy fog in the evening, we were met by the hosts and shown around, the fire was going and the whole place was toasty. Peaceful Country Stay

A lovely welcome and very comfortable stay. Quiet and peaceful surrounds. Comfortable bed in a beautiful room on the mezzanine. Kitchen has a full oven and stovetop. Shops are a distance away so good to take meals,bread etc. Allan provided fresh eggs for breakfast.

Worth the distance from town

Taking a teen to university is a busy time, and booking late didn't help, but Alan's greeting, to confirm that we were at the right place, was wonderful. His handy hints, like keeping the upstairs bedroom door closed from the fire downstairs, was invaluable. Spacious, luxurious, stunning views. A great place to stay,.

The Barn

The Barn is a lovely, secluded bach. Great for a relaxing time away, everything we needed was there and the hosts were kind, friendly and welcoming. The barn is filled with lovely art and pottery. Our dog roamed free and enjoyed meeting lots of animals and the family dogs. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for having us, the accommodation and location was amazing, and such a unique place. We loved the peace and quiet. The barn was very clean, with everything that you would need supplied.
