Super emplacement à côté du fairway n ° 1 avec vue sur l'océan

Bordant le fairway du trou signature du parcours de golf de Matarangi, c'est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un verre ou un repas sur le pont tout en profitant de la vue idyllique. Un emplacement idéal pour des vacances en famille.

Situé dans l'une des rues les plus recherchées de Matarangi. Quelques minutes de marche le long de l'impasse tranquille vous mèneront à la plage ou au court de tennis le plus proche. Il est également à distance de marche du club de golf et restaurant The Dunes.

La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont à aire ouverte avec des portes coulissantes menant au pont.

Les lits superposés de la maison principale conviennent mieux aux enfants qu'aux adultes. Cependant, il y a deux matelas de rechange stockés dans la chambre avec lits superposés qui peuvent être utilisés si nécessaire pour les adultes.

Il y a un sommeil très confortable juste en face du pont arrière de la maison. Il contient une chambre avec salle de bain en suite (douche, WC et vanité). Son lit queen est à base divisée, donc peut être converti en deux lits simples si cet arrangement de literie vous convient mieux.

Le mobilier extérieur comprend une table en verre avec 6 chaises, un parasol et un barbecue Weber.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed, it was a really relaxed atmosphere and with a wonderful view of the golf course and ocean. Denise was fantastic and communicated well before and after our stay. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Denise!

Family Wedding at Matarangi

This is a great location, very clean with water views and easy access to the beach which isl about a 4 minute walk away. The Host was very helpful and accomodating. We stayed as a party of 4 adults but it would be excellent for children as well. It is our 2nd visit to this property & we would stay again. Highly recommends

Sorry you feel that Catherine. We are conscious that our house is older than most in the area, but while it may not be "up-to-the-minute" everything is functional and clean. We feel it is realistically priced for its location, facilities and time of year.

Perfect location for a break!

I had a fantastic time at this property. It’s in a quiet area with a relaxed feel about it. Great communication with owner which made checking in very easy. Great information folder which had all the answers of any questions and info about the local area. 1 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this as a place to get away from it all.

Perfect family getaway spot

Quiet street, 5 min walk to beach, outlook onto golf course, lots of cycleways and walkways nearby. Saw dolphins twice while walking along beach. Older style home with all the comforts you should need. A seperate sleepout with shower/toliet which was perfect for the grandparents. Very pleasant stay. We will be back.

Best place we have stayed in Matarangi

Best place we have stayed in Matarangi. So close to the golf club and just a stones throw away from the beach. Children are very welcome at the proerty and have so many toys and dvds accessible to them. Spoilt for choice really! House is very well maintained and has everything you need to have a fabulous holiday!

Its a Lockwood - how does wood ever get boring. I give my highest recommendation for value, location, cleanliness
