Indoor pool was perfect for us and property was relatively child friendly for my 14 month old grandson. We also had our 2 yr old cavoodle with us and lots of parks and greenspace around. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well supplied if we wanted to self cater

Amazing stay! All the amenities were in perfect condition. Beautiful neighborhood with a nearby park and wetlands to take our dog for a walk. The indoor pool was the highlight, spent hours swimming around without having to worry about being sunburnt. Can't wait to return! Thank you again.

Fabulous property.

Weekend stay for our group of ladies aged 55-73. Everything we needed. We used the spa, outdoor dining area, theatre room and pool a lot. Great place to stay and relax. We will be back.

We had previously stayed in this property and really enjoyed it, particularly the indoor heated pool and the billiard table. Was a fantastic 4 days. We will certainly be back in the future.

A small group of family and friends spent a couple of days together in this beautiful house to remember my sister who died of cancer. We were able to scatter her ashes on the beach. This house has everything you need and was fantastic.

First Impression of Australia

The property is as advertised! Pool, spa sauna, outdoor patio area were amazing. It made the cold weather easier to enjoy. The home was clean and spacious. Excellent for a large group to enjoy. Pool table and theater room were awesome to have as well. Owner was excellent and took care of all our needs. I recommend this place to anyone that just wants a place to unwind and relax. Great family weekend at this amazing house ! 3 generations gathered for a celebration of an 18th /45th & 70th birthdays . This home catered for all of us with a pool ( indoor) , spa , sauna , theatre room & a pool table . The dining table was huge & gave us a great place to gather for meals & the spaciousness of the home meant we were not all on top of one another in the kitchen etc ! Very well equipped with everything you’d need in a kitchen & great quality toiletries too . All in all , we had a very memorable stay … reasonable distance to central Cowes .. and we’d definitely recommend it to any large family group . Thanks also to Mauro . Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights in May 2026. We found the property beautiful and clean, and in a great location so close to shops, wetlands and a playground for the kids. We really enjoyed the pool, and the sauna was lovely as was the spa- all of which were well maintained. Having the fire was absolutely wonderful it kept us so cozy and warm. The garage was well stocked with wood if you stay here and it's very cold out rest assured you won't be cold inside!The added bonus of a theatre room was fantastic and we had a movie night each night with popcorn, we all had a lot of fun.Our only one complaint was that we found the mattress in the main bedroom very firm. Perhaps if there was a foam underlay it might help. Others may like a firmer mattress though, which is personal preference of course.I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area, it's a great place at any time of year. If it's raining do a grocery shop to set yourselves up and stay in- there's really no need to go anywhere else!
