Great place to stay

We had a really great time in Queenstown and at this apartment. Julie was really helpful. We had a slight issue but Julie got it fixed really quickly. She also provided a lot of information about things to do in Queenstown to make out stay great. We would be happy to stay again.

Great property in a beautiful and handy location

Clean and tidy and very well equipped throughout. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the views stunning. Handy location for the town centre yet far enough away so that it was quiet.

Excellent accommodation

This is one of the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Great location, beautiful view, clean, spacious and my kids love the free wifi and their own space on the top level to themselves. I give it a 5 stars rating.

Close to everything.

Property was in a great position. In walking distance from restaurants, shops etc. We had 3 couples and having a seperate bathroom for each was the clincher for us. Would highly recommend. Communication was perfect too.

Perfect location, easy walking distance to town and fantastic views! Two excellent en-suite bathrooms for my friend and I, with one to spare downstairs. Lovely to have a good-sized deck with amazing views to enjoy the long, southern summer evenings with a wine or two. Highly recommended :-)

Fantastic Queenstown apartment

We had a wonderful three night stay at the apartment. It is very well equipped, with fantastic views over the lake. It is a short walk into town so very close to everything but very quiet. Julie was very responsive to our questions. We loved it.

Fabulous rental

We are 3 couples traveling together and it was great having 3 en suite bathrooms. The view from the condo was fabulous. Lots of room. Very close to Queenstown central but out of the fray. I would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Base of Operations.

I know people read reviews in order to make an informed decision so I will make this one short and sweet - spacious and clean; comfortable beds; great view; a few minutes’ walk to the city centre and Julie is a dream to communicate with. Just book it!

We enjoyed our two nights at Diamond Villa. Great location for walking into Queenstown-- a bit hilly, but a very short and easy stroll. Outside deck and large glass doors make a wonderful indoor/outdoor living area. Enjoyed the fireplace at night. Lovely views day and night. Would recommend for groups up to 6.

Great place, good location

Had a great stay here with two other couples. The only pain was the parking as they are doing major roadworks at the moment and there isn’t a lot of street parking during the day. There is only one park for the unit. We managed but it is something to be aware of.

Very comfortable villa with well appointed kitchen. Bathrooms supplies with shampoo and conditioner suppled in generous no waste size much appreciated. Easy walk to town. Lovely view somewhat impeded by construction site down the road. Garage difficult to access for a larger car. Downstairs bedroom only has a view of cars parked directly in front of windows. Affects privacy of occupants.

On arrival to the property the clearer/owner was still making beds and still getting the place ready. There was only one key and no garage remote . Batteries in remotes where flat and none to replace with. The bedrooms had no air-conditioning or fans. The top rooms where very hot at night because there was 0 airflow. There is only one car space which is inadequate considering the house is designed to accommodate 6 people. This is a great location yet for the price it is very excessive.

Comfortable apartment in good location in Queenstown

We spent a week at this apartment. The property is easily found, close to central Queenstown and has a wonderful view of the Remarkables (although this was marred somewhat by two large cranes dominating the skyline). Julie was a very responsive owner and easy to contact if needed. After some initial confusion with linen supply, we enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment. The apartment is reasonably well equipped although some kitchen crockery was becoming depleted (Obviously some breakages had occurred and had yet to be replaced). The apartment has one garage which is quite tricky to get into unless driving a small car or hatch. The apartment is on three levels which may not suit all potential clients. Wifi is excellent at this property. There are many lovely restaurants in Queenstown and the apartment is well located and within walking distance of the town centre with all its services, shops and facilities.

Exceeded expectations

What we expected from the description and online images was not only met buy exceeded. Photos of a very well presented, modern and up to date holiday home couldn't also convey just how comfortable all the beds were (got to love an excellent mattress when you're travelling!), the crisp, clean sheets and the great pillows. Having an ensuite to each bedroom is always a huge bonus but wow, a view of the lake and mountains from each bed? Fantastic. Easy walk or very quick drive to the water, cafes and gondola. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you

Queenstown Heaven

Diamond Villa has been the perfect home for our Queenstown family holiday. It has a great ambience with beautiful views, tasteful decor and all mod cons. 4 great days in Queenstown

We totally enjoyed this apartment and it's location. A very comfortable, warm and quiet apartment, well appointed with comfortable furniture, beds and linen. Excellent to have three double rooms with ensuites. It was a very easy short walk to central Queenstown which was perfect for evening meals out without the hassle of traffic and parking. Nice views to wake up to and very comfortable stay thank you, we would certainly book again.
