All Decked Out - Maison de plage confortable

All Decked Out is a spacious modern home with multiple living/entertaining areas both inside and out and there is also now a small sleepout at the back of the section with two single beds in it. The modern kitching/dining living flows out onto decks front and back, with the back covered deck including an open fireplace and plastic blinds for a cozy spot on cooler evenings. There is also a second living space which opens out onto a third deck. For your coffee fix just bring your own pods for the Nespresso machine.

The property is well positioned for the sun and is fully fenced, perfect for the kids to run around on and even better is pet friendly. NB: Pets are permitted outside only and not on the outdoor furniture. The outdoor deck with kennel is a cozy spot for pets.

Quail Way is a quiet cul de sac, set back from the hustle bustle of Mangawhai Heads but only a 10-20 minute walk to the estuary, golf course, Mangawhai Activity Zone for the kids, bush walks and the Heads shopping complex with various shops , cafes and takeaways.

Plenty of space for everyone

Home away from home, everything you need. Several spaces so plenty of room to spread out or hang out together. Covered in outdoor area great space. Fire outdoors and indoors which was great for a winter stay.

Amazing place to stay!!

Had such an amazing three nights away staying here, such and relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Great communication when booking also! Definitely recommend booking to stay here. So much space, and had a blast playing all the board games supplied! Definitely plan to come stay again.

Fabulous break in Mangawhai

This property is fantastic, great for families and large groups of people because there is so much space. Great for pets as the property is fully fenced too. Very close distance to the beach too. Lovely property manager!

A great family holiday home - plenty of space internally if the weather is not so good. two good bathrooms and a large kitchen. House was nice and warm as we went in winter integral garage worked well coming and going from the beach with beach gear and sand boards etc
