All Decked Out - Modern holiday home with multiple decks including a covered outdoor entertaining space with open fireplace and plastic blinds. Close to shops, cafe, golf course, estuary and Mangawhai Activity Zone. Pet Friendly.

All Decked Out is a spacious modern home with multiple living/entertaining areas both inside and out and there is also now a small sleepout at the back of the section with two single beds in it. The modern kitching/dining living flows out onto decks front and back, with the back covered deck including an open fireplace and plastic blinds for a cozy spot on cooler evenings. There is also a second living space which opens out onto a third deck. For your coffee fix just bring your own pods for the Nespresso machine.

The property is well positioned for the sun and is fully fenced, perfect for the kids to run around on and even better is pet friendly. NB: Pets are permitted outside only and not on the outdoor furniture. The outdoor deck with kennel is a cozy spot for pets.

Quail Way is a quiet cul de sac, set back from the hustle bustle of Mangawhai Heads but only a 10-20 minute walk to the estuary, golf course, Mangawhai Activity Zone for the kids, bush walks and the Heads shopping complex with various shops , cafes and takeaways.

The view from the living space hits you as you walk in and the deck provides a fantastic place to unwind. Wonderfully positioned for all the local beaches and facilities. A very comfortable and easy place to holiday!

Amazing property with heaps of room and a great location with stunning views. So well equipped and close to town for stocking up with supplies. We felt relaxed and rejuvenated and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great house with amazing view

Really fantastic stay at this property. It's really modern and beautifully presented. The view is exceptional, you could sit all day and look out at it. The house is large and easily fit our party of three couples. There is lots of games and books and the kayaks were fun to use out on the estuary. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing weekend away

Lovely spot overlooking the peaceful estuary, very clean house and easy to navigate. We had a girls weekend getaway and did lots of cooking and eating so it was perfect for that. It's probably more of a summer house as the gas fire wasn't working and there are no heat pumps, however the house was nicely insulated so the heaters were fine. Would recommend to others.

Thanks for your feedback, it was unfortunate the fire wasn't working for your stay as we had pre-warned you about. The remote needs to be replaced so the owners are organising for that to be done. With the fire, heaters and double-glazing it is normally cosy in winter and we have had lots of guests enjoy it through the winter. Thanks again for staying.

Brilliant

Ever changing views from this beautiful property, and within walking distance or a few minutes drive to walking tracks, etc. The museum is walking distance & definitely worth a visit. Local food & markets were awesome. Highly recommend Knee-Deep. We were 2 couples on a getaway to celebrate our collective birthdays & this was the perfect accommodation

Lovely house with great views

We had a relaxing weekend, cozying up by the fireplace and the outdoor firepit. The house was well equipped and very clean, large enough for kids to play hide and seek for hours. Morning paddle on the estuary was a cherry on top.

Kneedeep is great

This is a comfortable modern home away from home, with everything you need plus a great lagoon outlook and a deck to enjoy it from. There's plenty of room and the sunny corners capture morning and afternoon rays when you need them. Top spot!

Entertainers Delight

A girls weekend away at this property is a 'must'. Beautiful view, entertainers kitchen and living area, huge deck, comfy beds. The only small improvement would be some glass wine glasses to give that last top notch experience.

Property was great set up for our group of 4 adults & 4 children. Estuary was a real hit being close by but also ability to get to either town village was also a bonus. Deck was great for night time relaxing.
