Chestnut Suite 102 with pool, hot tub & parking

Step into the shared hot tub for a nighttime dip on the softly-lit poolside patio surrounded by blooming vines. This light-filled, recently renovated suite has a private entrance and private connected bathroom.

The tranquil compound is within easy reach of the beach for sunset strolls. Tucked away in residential Wrigley, downtown Long Beach and urban Los Angeles are not far away for world-class shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

This is a private rooftop suite on top of a two-story house that is accessed by a spiral staircase.

A professional interior decorator with impeccable taste led a ground-up renovation of the Suite and the entire property in 2023. Everything is brand new; furniture, appliances, Smart TV, decor AND freshly renovated; new paint, carpet, tile, windows and doors.

Our family lives on the bottom floor of the house, and we rent out other spaces to guests on the property.

Guests have shared access to the beautiful pool, hot tub, back yard and rooftop deck.

NEW - A driveway parking space is reserved for you in front of the house.

Host lives on site and will be present throughout the visitor’s stay to answer any questions via the AirBnB app.

The property is nestled in the heart of the historic residential Wrigley neighborhood in Long Beach. It`s safe, close to the beach, close to downtown Long Beach, and not too far from all of the fun in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Driveway parking space is now dedicated for guest use.

We have a strict no-party policy. We consider a party any gathering of people at our home who are not listed on your booking. A party is a violation of our house rules and will be reported to AirBnB to have the stay cancelled without a refund.
- 1. I`ve put a lot of love and care into creating a comfortable space. Please just respect the space.
- 2. No Smoking or drugs inside.
- 3. Please turn off the Air Conditioner/heater, lights and the TV when leaving the room. It is not economical to have it running all day.
- 4. No Photo Shoots, No Filming.
- 5. No events, parties or large gatherings (no extra guests for pool/spa).
- 6. Please let us know if anything is broken so we can repair or replace for the next guest.
- 7. No pool/spa after 10PM. The main backyard is a common area, for all guests to share and use the pool, spa and fire pit - so just use common sense.
- 8. Driveway parking space is now dedicated for guest use.

We had a pleasant stay. Room was as stated in description. The spiral steps to the room are precarious (need to be careful going up and down). Communication was solid. It is a couples retreat.

Absolutely delightful stay, the property is pristine and the other guests we met were lovely. The pool is the perfect size and temperature and the room was tidy and comfortable with a fantastic AC. The fridge is a little small and the spiral staircase isn't designed for larger gals such as myself but other than that, couldn't really ask for more! The host always answered messages quickly and was very friendly. The stacked parking was never an issue as we parked on the street most of the time or used über. Thank you for an awesome stay!! A!!

This space was exactly as listed. It is a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking space for my stay.The room is a bright space and everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and some housewares to be able to eat & drink in the room. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as lovely as it was depicted in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. The spiral staircase was a little narrow and tricky to navigate with a large suitcase but it wasn’t a big deal. Neighborhood was quiet. Assigned parking stalls in the driveway was super easy and convenient. Pool area was awesome. All in all it was a great stay!

Jeremy was a fantastic, responsive, and generous host. The room (which was one of several on the beautifully curated property) was everything my partner and I needed for our stay. The bathroom amenities were top notch (clean, responsive, and spacious) and the living quarters were very well appointed. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub because of time constraints, but it looked extremely enticing! The space is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Everything from the provided parking to the entry points made for a very pleasant overall experience. I hope that next time we’re in town we’ll be able to book this space again!

**Older adults and heavy luggage beware** the outdoor very narrow spiral stair case is the only entrance and it was difficult to navigate. Host was very attentive until we checked in. Once we got into the room, it was lovely. Well furnished and we appreciated the hotel like atmosphere with coffee and supplies, utensils. We also had Grubhub delivered twice without issue. We walked to one of the eateries in the listing. The street and neighborhood are well kept, but a couple streets over where the food places, one should be cautious at night. Also note that the tub does not have a motor for the pictured jets, but it’s a great size and no issue with hot water. Spa and fire pit were great! Easy to use, good instructions. We would stay here again, as long as we did not have one of the rooms with the spiral staircase.
