You'll love relaxing in our 4 bedroom townhouse that is located on the 5th fairway at Plumas Pines Golf Course. Bring your family and friends to enjoy a couple rounds of golf or sneak away for an amazing hike in the Plumas National Forest and explore some of the many beautiful mountain lakes that surround the Graeagle-Blairsden area. If fishing is more your thing, there are plenty of great fishing spots on the Feather River or in the surrounding lakes to discover and enjoy!

Perfect Stay for a Golf Trip

We were in the area for a golf tournament and were lucky enough to book this place for a night. It was perfect. Beautiful home! We will definitely be booking this place in the future.

It was a good stay. The master bedroom - bed - was very comfortable. The other bedroom bed that was located downstairs on the garage side. Per my son, the bed for some reason was very loud and not as comfortable. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay. Is by chance the property for sale?

Golf outing

Myself and 7 other gentleman came up for a golf outing. We rented two condos and enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect and the amenities as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Great responsive owners and the check in process was seamless.

Nice overnight stay

My family needed a one night stay for a wedding we attended at Corner Barn which is an 8 min. away to the house. Location is very convenient to our purpose. Ali is extremely nice!

Very nice place, location was great. Only reason gave 3 stars on check in, had to stop and get keys vs. getting an email code. No A/C on a very hot week.

Spacious, Comfortable and Beautiful View

We had a so much fun watching all the golfers from the deck. We also enjoyed the view of the golf course and pond. The home was well stocked and clean. It was spacious and relaxing. We had a great time and caught a lot fish at Salmon Lake. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and Great Location

Great location with awesome views on golf course. Very clean, House needs some updating and external maintenance on decks. WI-Fi was not good. Overall a very good experience.

Sweet and comfortable

We had a perfect stay. Had some friends and family from around the country meet to go visit local wedding sites. This serves as a perfect home base for everyone to cook, sleep, and spend time together comfortably for the weekend. Easy check in and out, everything worked, and you’re right on the course and a pond for local golf- and wildlife-watching. Internet was touch and go, best downstairs in the living room- but as that wasn’t a priority for us it didn’t bother us one bit!

Kinship Ranch Wedding House

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and found this gem of a condo. The views off the deck of the golf course, pond and the trees was amazing. The house was perfect with plenty of room, clean as could be and comfortable accommodated the eight of us. The hosts were responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. I will likely come and stay again when I can golf and relax but if you’re in the area for an event, you should check this place out if it’s available. Thank you for helping make our weekend great.

Golf Tournament Weekend

Excellent location on the 5th Fairway. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and porch area (bbq, table and chairs). We stayed here on a warm weekend and due to the lack of air conditioning throughout, it was very warm and difficult for most to sleep comfortably. Cell service was lacking and slow wifi made it difficult for a couple of guests needing it, to be able to communicate with work while there. There was a portable A/C unit in the upstairs master bedroom only and it apparently worked well. The other upstairs bedroom was very warm and the guest had to sleep on the downstairs couch one evening. The downstairs master suit bed was quite loud when rolling over and appeared to be two box springs stacked on top of each other. Comfort was lacking and so was sleep. Check in and check out was a breeze. The bbq and deck was perfect for grilling and watching over the fairway. Overall the place worked well for our group and we would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Plumas Pines Getaway

The property was nice, and the unit was generally comfortable and convenient to the golfing event we were attending. However, there are two major issues with the rental. First, it was advertised to have four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom was very small and unbearably hot even using a fan and keeping the window shade drawn during the day. That meant one of our party slept downstairs on the couch instead of having a private bedroom. Second, the only light in the downstairs master bath was a table lamp with poor wattage and an LED camp lantern. The space above the sink was a big hole that held bare fluorescent bulbs that were not hooked up to a light switch. It was impossible to see well enough to put on makeup. The only lighting in the master bedroom was one low wattage table lamp. Also, it was difficult to charge electronics because standard plugs did not fit snugly in the wall outlets and would fall out. We did not mind that the unit was a bit dated, but not having use of the “fourth bedroom” and the lighting/electrical issues was a real disappointment given the rental cost.
