Full Remodel complete with AIR CONDITIONING on the 2nd floor. Snug on the bank of the Plumas Pines pond on the golf course you will find this fantastic condo. This large condo sits on the best lot in the area. The cozy living room has a wood burning stove and 58” smart TV.
Staying in is easy with the well-stocked kitchen including air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, blender and quality cookware. The deck is equipped with a 5 burner propane BBQ ready for cookouts.
The primary bedroom has a Cal-King. Two more bedrooms - one with (2) Queens and the other with (1) Full-size and (1) Twin bed. Complete with fresh linens and pillows for your convenience.

The 2nd floor is equipped with air conditioning. Very few properties in this area have air conditioning, and although the nights are always cool, the days can be hot and it can take a few hours for a house to cool down. Closing the house in am when it is cool will minimize heat in afternoon

Our "No Pets" rule is based on pet allergies. If you must bring your pet then check our Tree House listing below. We do allow pets there. If you bring a pet HERE then we must have carpets cleaned which requires an extra day between rentals---a cost of $500 is passed on to you. There are other rentals that welcome pets, sorry.

If you enjoy golf, this home is surrounded by the beautiful Plumas Pines Golf Resort and five other championship golf courses are within easy driving distance. Walk down to the Feather River to fish or swim, or head out to the nearby Gold Lakes basin for spectacular hiking, fishing, swimming and boating.
Hiking trails, fishing, kayaking, snowmobile rides, sledding, skiing, floating the Feather River, brewery, dining, and shopping. We are walking distance to Feather River and approximately 4 miles to Johnsville ski area (back country skiing, snowboarding, sledding). Great for families, reunions, golfers, retreats, and relaxing getaways
Be sure to visit The Brewing Lair just outside of Blairsden, a micro-brewery with facilities for grilling, relaxing and socializing.
There are also many fine restaurants in the area offering cuisine in a variety of different settings. You will find everything from burgers and fries outdoors to casual country to fine dining equivalent to what you would expect in a major city.
