Beautiful gardens offering privacy and tranquility. The property is wheelchair accessible and pet friendly upon request. Enjoy some mini farm feels with our resident chickens and fruit trees around the property.

Ideal accomodation on the mountain

We stayed for 2 nights and it was ideal for our needs. Ac and fireplace kept us warm. Very spacious.

Clean and spacious

Lovely little cottage that was much more spacious than I anticipated! Very clean and easy to use as a base for our daily outings. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spacious house, lovely gardens, and a bonus being able to bring my dog. House was in a great location, nicely furnished and kitchen was well equipped. Great option for exploring the mountains and the fire was very welcome at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

From the moment we opened the door to the house we felt at home, it was incredibly welcoming and very thoughtfully set up, especially for families. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and easy/close access to dining options or for grabbing ingredients to cook up a meal at home. The communication and friendliness of the hosts was top level and the morning visits from kookaburras were a lovely bonus.

Nice Place

Very clean and nice place. Location is very calm. Facilities all good. Only issue with Bathroom door, it's bit stiff and lock is not working. Overall Good accommodation.

As you enter the property, you're welcomed by an expansive, enchanting garden - think hedges, arches and white roses. You can choose to have a quiet drink on the private front verandah or be entertained by the large screen TV on the back verandah. You'll relax straight away here and appreciate the well-appointed, clean interior with high ceilings. It's a short drive to great cafes, restaurants, supplies and the wonders of the Blue Mountains. This is a real gem. Don't hesitate to book it!

The house was worn and not as depicted in pictures. Scrapes on the hardwood floor and cobwebs in corners. We were less than impressed. The bunk room should have a disclaimer than the beds are short - almost child size and certainly not comfortable for an adult. Like sleeping on a board. And there is no room in the bunk room for clothes, luggage, anything other than sleeping. Many things did not work - coffee maker, burners on the gas grill, shuffleboard. The blackstone was horribly dirty. Hot tub was nice but difficult to get into because the stand to hold the cover was bent so we barely used it. We made the best of it but were highly disappointed and family even opted to get a hotel rather than use the uncomfortable and small beds in bunk room. Not worth the price we paid at all. We will not return though the location was great and shared pool was nice.

My husband and I are both originally from the country, so space and tranquility are so important to our family. We have 4 children and we couldnt imagine living or raising them anywhere better. I worked as an Emergency Nurse for over 14 years and prior to having children we loved renovating. This property is our first renovation in 5 years, which we completed October 2024. We love our little country home and we hope you do too.

We love the mountains, particularly Springwood, it is a lovely family friendly community. Which offers a nice city escape, but also remains within 25 mins of Penrith and an hour train ride to the city. Our property backs onto a nature reserve and is located on a highly sought after street of Springwood. We love our home and its location and we hope you do too.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have some resident chickens which provide great entertainment in their very own coup/house. We have lemon trees, mandarin trees, some strawberry bushes and all kinds of herbs growing through-out the garden. Please help yourself!
