The location is incredible!! It's a quick drive or short walk over to the outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center. The on-site restaurant/Bar is also located in the clubhouse. We invite you to take in the fun, comfort and peacefulness of staying at this excellent location!

This condo unfortunately is not up to the standards we are accustomed to. Upon arrival, we noticed the bathroom shower head and drain is covered in mold. Ceiling in bathroom has peeling paint and appears to have had a water leak. Unit has multiple cobwebs near the ceiling, corners, and baseboards. Fire alarm is missing. Outdoor deck is filthy and unusable. Screen door needs to be replaced and sliding door handle is broken/not secured. The unit has a moldy smell when the air conditioning unit comes on. While it is nicely decorated, the appliances and bathroom are outdated. We are disappointed and would not recommend this particular unit to others.

this area. Pointe Royale is a terrific complex and you can do as much or as little as you want when in Branson. The unit was nice with a comfortable bed and nice space to spread out in the laundry room. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

Great for 2 adults

Very clean and well appointed with supplies and kitchenware. Quiet setting away from the traffic and noise of Branson. Although small, this unit was comfortable for 2 adults.

The bathtub and sink in the bathroom were dated. There were bugs in the bathroom, and you could tell there had been water damage in the bathroom before. The walls throughout needed to be painted, you could tell it was likely a quick flip. There were marks all over the ceiling in the dining area. The sleeper couch in the living room was very uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. The concept of the couch was a neat idea, but it was so uncomfortable we sat at the table and bar to watch TV. We were unable to watch TV in the bedroom as the only thing it would say is "no signal". We tried using both remote controls, but neither would allow us to do anything. We have stayed at Pointe Royal in the past and knew about the amenities it provided which we enjoyed. We would not stay at this condo in the future.
