We stayed here recently to be close to family in the area and celebrate our mom’s 90th birthday. We loved being right in town and close to everything. The place was clean, comfortable and very spacious to accommodate three of us traveling. Thank you for being such a great host!

Good place for a great price. No wifi was unfortunate as the service was also pretty bad. Super clean space and really close to lots of places in Wellington. Overall, great weekend stay.

This place was very conveniently located close to all the restaurants, cafes and grocery store. Everything was within walking distance and the vineyards are a short bike ride away! The house was cute and well kept and had everything we needed. It was also in a quiet area with enough parking for at least two cars.

We are a family of 5 and rented this place because we wanted to go to see the sand dunes (20 mins drive). It is a 5 mins walk into town. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, was clean and had what we needed. We would rent this place again, next time we come back.

Great location - close to everything in Wellington and easy driving access to entire PEC region. Entry access was straightforward and house was as advertised. The only issue was that the curb at the end of the driveway is not level with the street so we scraped the underside of our car each time we went in/out of the driveway.

Very clean property upon arrival (kudos tonthe cleanup person). Every appliance functionning correctly. 5-10 min walk from downtown Wellington. Driveway wide enough for at the very least 3 cars and more depending on véhicule size. I would book again for sure

The place is well located and quiet, close to several small restaurants, a park, and grocery stores. The house is spacious and was large enough for our group of seven. Overall cleanliness could have been better, but the main issue was the bathroom. We had to clean the shower tiles ourselves as they were not properly cleaned. The trim was waterlogged, and the shower doors had not been washed. Despite this inconvenience, we still enjoyed our stay.

La propreté du logement est à désirer… la douche était moisie et le jet immensément puissant. Les portes et murs étaient sales. Point positif, il y avait l’air climatisé. Les lits sont confortables. Il manquait des débarbouillettes, mais la propriétaire est venue nous en porter gentiment le lendemain.

As I mentioned when you sent a message after your stay, had you notified me immediately ide have sent her over similar to how we addressed the face towel need right away. Our aim is to provide a simple clean getaway for families that won’t break the bank and I hope that you will give us another chance to deliver on this!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a mixed experience. The positives were that the house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, parking on the driveway was convenient, check-in was easy, and the air conditioning worked very well.Unfortunately, the property itself was disappointing. While the bed sheets were clean, the overall cleanliness was below expectations. The floors were dirty enough that our socks became dirty after walking around, the walls and windows were visibly dirty, and several areas showed significant wear and deterioration. The kitchen appeared old and worn despite some newer furniture.We discovered that the bath towels had been folded while still wet and had to wash and dry them ourselves before using them. We also spent about an hour trying to access the washing machine because it was located in the basement and the key location was not included in the check-in instructions. The host did not respond to our messages or phone calls, and we only got assistance after contacting VRBO customer support.The house has poor sound insulation, there was no dishwasher, Wi-Fi, or TV, and birds outside start making significant noise around 5 AM each morning. Overall, the property needs substantial improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and communication.

thanks for your review. Our property is definitely older and that wear sure shows. Our goal with our property is to provide a clear, spacious and affordable space for guests in peak summer times in PEC and I think we do a good job of achieving that. In all our time with short term rentals we never had anyone complain about the cleanliness of the space so that is disappointing to hear that you found it very dirty. We also cannot control bird noises at 5am. The no WIFI, TV and Dishwashers are clearly noted in the listing.

The location is perfect in Wellington. The house itself needs some love; the bathroom needs a deep clean, the bed mattresses are getting old, the bed frames are cheap metal frames, the walls are pretty dirty, they are no decoration, no BBQ. The kitchen itself is very functional and we did cook a few meals during our stay. A big TV and wifi would be such a great addition. It was a good value overall for Prince Edward County.

Belle maison avec toutes les commodités, surtout l'air climatisé . Bien situé dans le village tranquille de Wellington, à 5 min a pied de la rue principale et 10 de la plage municipale.La maison était très propre en générale, les lits confortables mêmes s'ils sont mous. Seuls bémols, la salle de bain nécessite un peu d'amour, remplacer la pomme de douche dont le jet est trop raide, changer l'eau chaude qui est inversé dans le robinet et surtout, éviter que l'eau chaude soit celle qui alimente la toilette .Point positifs, le grand espace salon et cuisine, la clim qui est un must, la tranquilité du village et sa proximité (20-25 min) des plages de Sandbanks.
