Experience coastal living at its finest in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom second-floor lakefront condo located in the desirable Gulf and Bay Club Bayside community in Siesta Key. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, with breathtaking views of the lake, pool, and tennis court from the screened-in lanai, this home is a perfect retreat. The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, and the adjacent dining table offers a great space for enjoying meals with family or friends. The light and bright living room enhances the relaxed, coastal vibe.
On the first floor, the primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with stunning marble from floor to ceiling. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a spacious retreat with a queen-size bed, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. The second bathroom includes a dual vanity and a walk-in shower, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds, perfect for guests or family members. For beach days, you'll find all the essentials stored in the garage, making this condo a true beach lover's paradise!

Upon arrival at Gulf & Bay Club Bayside, you'll be captivated by the beauty, serenity, and charm of this "Key West" style village. Stroll along the community path to the fishing dock, where you can take in the breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Here, you might catch a fish, spot jumping dolphins, or even see a manatee.

Our spacious units, individually owned and decorated, are surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, shell paths, and tranquil lakes with soothing fountains. Gulf and Bay Club Bayside offers a variety of on-site activities, including two heated pools, two tennis courts that can be converted to pickle-ball courts, and an exercise room. BBQ grills are also available for all guests to use, making it easy to enjoy a meal outdoors.

House Rules: No Motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, boats, or trailers allowed. No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.

Amazing stay this was perfect for our family!

Lakefront was by far the best place we've stayed in Siesta! The condo exceeded our expectations—it truly had everything we needed and more. The pictures were completely accurate, and everything was spotless. There were plenty of towels and all the beach essentials ready for us. The space was perfect… honestly, we even had more room than we needed (which has never happened before!). I would absolutely recommend this spot for a vacation stay.

This was a clean and modern place to stay at. Small amounts of toiletries and kitchen/laundry were provided (that was a great surprise). I also like that there was a pantry for some items to be shared between guests (trash bags, laundry pods, Ziploc bags). The walk to the beach was manageable. Dragging the wagon to the water was difficult, but not the hosts fault. Pointing that out for future visitors.

Reported but wasn't replaced during stay. Work on outer screened in porch was done during stay at dinner hour last night. Inappropriate and without being asked.

Place was excellent. needs repair of the kitchen faucet. The handle comes off Tiny bugs around the deck. Otherwise excellent great location!

Below Expectations

Though the photos for the unit look good, the reality is different. The unit is care-worn. One of the area rugs (where the desk is) is so stained it serves as an unnecessary negative. Get rid of it if it's so stained. The couch pillows were stained. The sheets were stained. The coffee maker didn't work properly. The supplies provided were cheesy (e.g. paper towels were the cheapest on the market). I feel like both the owner and GC are penny-wise but pound foolish. Wouldn't rent this unit again. I am a long-time owner here at GBCB and a board member. Happy to further discuss my experience. It seems to me that a few more dollars spent on your end and the owner's end would yield a much better experience.

Okay

The home was very nice. My only upset was the office. We had 2 cars and a golf cart. I was told to park at the office and that was ok. Then I was called and told I couldn't park there. It seemed to be an on going issue with the parking. We're on vacation, I was told to park in the office so I did. Then I'm getting calls and texts about the parking. The president of the hoa I met and was not friendly. We ran out of laundry pods and there was one women who was very kind and brought more. We ran out of toilet paper and was only able to get 1 more roll so I had to go buy some. Overall it was okay, the office calling and texting over parking was frustrating when I'm away trying to enjoy time with my family. Especially when I did what I was told to do.
