The house was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions we had. Our Christmas holiday was wonderful as we also enjoyed the heated pool. Would definitely recommend this house!

The house and property were a perfect fit for our family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 poodles. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was spacious and clean and had EVERYTHING we needed from high chair, pack n play, pool toys, beach wagon and chairs and much more. The heated pool was just right for afternoon fun. The bikes were in good shape and nice to have. Even the poodles had a fenced yard to play in.Another feature that was appreciated was that there are no stairs. The one story layout is nice.The hosts were very responsive and helpful. This really is a five star property.

This home is a treasure. It is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect size for my family of four. The location to the beach is great. It is a just a few minute drive or a 10-15 walk. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The pool is wonderful, and we spent many an afternoon or night, after the beach, enjoying it. Everything you could possibly need for a week’s stay, supply wise, was also there. We had no need to contact Christine and Troy during our stay because we had no issues, but when we did contact then before the trip and at the end, they were quick to respond. This was easily one of my favorite homes I have ever rented, and I enjoyed being there as much as I enjoyed the gorgeous beach of Siesta Key.

We stayed in this home last year and loved it. We were a little concerned since Siesta Key had gone through 2 hurricanes since then, The home looked great and met our needs completely.The newly installed AC had a little blip but the host Troy responded immediately and resolved the issue,

Fabulous stay!

We adored our time spent here- it truly had it all. The pool is a lovely place to spend time together, whether everyone is in the pool or not. The space is altogether comfy and well- thought out. The proximity to the beach is also a major plus! We would stay here again, no questions asked.

Wonderful amenities!

Our hosts were so helpful and accommodating, allowing us into the house a couple of hours early. This was key since we were traveling by plane with 2 toddlers under 4. The house is beautifully renovated and stocked with everything we needed from toys, beach wagons, sand toys, pack & play, booster seat and more. The pool was pristine and pool area very comfortable with lots of cushioned seating. It was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve had. Siesta Key was great fun and the beach lives up to its #1 beach status with easy access, good parking, restrooms, and clean warm water with child friendly waves. We’ll be back and will certainly stay here again if we can!

Family vacation

The house had everything we needed and was perfect for two families. We had a few rainy days so the games came in handy. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Having beach supplies at the house was also a plus!

This place is 100% as advertised and even better in person. It unbelievably clean and well maintained. You don’t need to bring anything extra! I would recommend this house in a quiet neighborhood on Siesta Key to anyone!

Das Haus ist der Hammer! Absolut empfehlenswert und toll ausgestattet.Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war sehr, sehr gut und die Lage ist auch hervorragend.Mit den FahrrÀdern ist man sehr gut unterwegs auf der Insel. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Spent Christmas here with my family. The house is beautiful, well appointed with everything we needed and then some. Location is fabulous and open floor plan is great for spending time together. We are already talking about booking this property again. Owners were wonderful, responsive and generous. 10/10!

Absolutely Amazing!

We were in Siesta Key, at this beautiful home through TS Debby. Troy and Christine were amazing. Absolutely unmatched generosity and hospitality. This home is beautiful and in perfect condition. Everything is fresh and new. The outdoor space is amazing for hanging out all day and the fenced yard is a huge plus when traveling with your fur baby. We enjoyed the home but the real gem here are the hosts. We have stayed in MANY homes in this area and have never been so impressed with personal attention to detail! Thank you both for a wonderful stay, we will be back as soon as we can get there!

Very nice home to relax and enjoy Siesta Key

The home met all our needs, It was wonderful and we will try to stay there again. Inside was very clean and provided everything we needed for relaxing weeks stay. the pool was great and our little yorkie enjoyed the back fenced in yard.

Sun and surf perfection on Siesta Key

We booked this property for a week of spring break in sunny Florida. It was absolutely perfect! Our group of teens and adults had plenty of space for lounging and sleeping. The pool lanai was our favorite spot and suited us sun up to sun down and beyond. Yes, it really is as nice inside as the photos show. Sparkling clean, classy, and fully appointed for the week. Kitchen has everything you need for meals "at home." The host offers everything we needed for the beach. We loved having the bikes so we didn't need to rent them and had a fun quick way to get to the Siesta Village and explore. Comfy beds made for an easy sleep in this quiet neighborhood location. Troy (host) was responsive and thorough with the info we would need to stay for the week. Will definitely book here again!
